Service here is horrible. They make things so difficult. My car got stolen and they refused to let me see what's inside of the car after it was found because I didn't have the title or proof of registration (which was in the car when it was stolen) very annoying, and I considerate. It's MY car that got taken yet I can't even look inside of it. Could've easily pulled up my VIN to see I was the owner.

front desk lady has terrible service, no respect. Hopped on phone call while in the middle of of our conversation then proceeded to help another customer before finishing my transaction. Took me 45 minutes to pay for a car but she helped other customer in 5 minutes.

My initial review was made out of frustration, and needed to be modified after interacting with the employees. The facility is open 24 hours, but call first to ensure a grounds worker is on the premises to deliver your car. When we returned after a grounds person was in, we found both the office staff and grounds employee to be very helpful and empathetic to our situation. Kindness and humanity, thank you for it was very much needed at a time when we were fleeced by a bail bond company and received no humanity from the North Las Vegas Corrections Facility-where we received nothing but contradictory and outright lies about processes.

Unfortunately, our car was towed and ended up at Ewing Brothers. The employees were kind and friendly and helped us out when the car we drove up in wouldn't start when we went to leave. Jump didn't do it, so they allowed us to keep it in the parking lot until we figured out where to get it fixed

Vehicle was towed to this location after an accident. I had personal property in my vehicle totaling about $1000 dollars worth of more stolen out of my car by their tow yard workers !!! Filed a complaint form filed a stolen property report with the police and they have done nothing to contact me or follow up with my issue. Even if I'm calling daily to get my belongings ! I went literally the next day after my vehicle got towed and this happens !! Unprofessional lazy ass people working here. I have been a professional tow truck driver for 6 years and this place is garbage ! Customer service at the front desk is annoyed that your coming in for service , Jesus it's your job to attend people ! Supposedly they have cameras everywhere so they can "find the culprit or the moment the property was stolen". But their "Tow yard manager" "Ron" has done nothing to help. No call back no answer. 0 professionalism I was manager for AAA icp for 3 years and we ALWAYS maintained professionalism and proper service. Plus 0 and I mean 0 stealing of ANYONES PROPETY OUT OF THEIR VEHICLE !

A reputable business? More like a breeding zone for con artists. The only thing this place can guarantee is horrible experience. Employee said $50 to come in and SEE my STOLEN car, but if you come in tomorrow morning, you can see it for free. To see the car they don't care about the insurance claim of the STOLEN CAR, instead they ask for the registration that is in the car. Atrocious customer service and disgusting lot.

Had a hood for 379 pete repair by the guys , 1st off told could match the paint , so the painted and agreed to take to our body shop in Oregon to have paint match, well upon getting to our body shop they pointed out that the hucked some pieces in wrong and didn't bother to fix all the damaged parts . Our body shop was able to match paint and redo what they couldn't fix the right way !So I would pay extra to go where you know and trust the work getting done !

This place sucks.. paid and it literally took them 40 minutes after payment to get my car. This place is slower than two snails having intercourse. If you have absolutely nothing else to do & you want some punishment go deal with this place. I had to go in and tell these mouth breathing baffoons my uncle had dialysis for them to tell the guy to get our car. F*ck you ewing bros!

Worst experience of my life. The people there are rude and unprofessional. I was told my car wasn't there when in fact it was. Wasted my time and had to demand them to let me take my car. Spent hours of my life dealing with this people when my car got stolen. Pray your car never gets towed here

these guys are unprofessional as hell. i don't even know why LVMPD even uses this sad excuse of a business. I don't leave bad reviews unless I'm absoulutely flabbergasted by the poor upkeep of the place . I had my car stolen and they treat me like I'm so scourge of the earth when I'm the one that's been carless for a month because some low life punk decided to steal what I worked for.. they didn't help at all and you'd think since they kinfolk they'd be understanding ?? no those mfs are a bunch of uncle toms and ass holes.. and the owner is no better .. they need to investigate and shut that place down ASAP.. Also I never got my car back because it was stripped but Metro said it was operational so I'm guessing the thrived thst work here strip my car.. so fuck them and you'd be better beinging a police escort if you want to get anything back

phoned to request a tow, the woman who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. she put me on hold to answer another call and hung up on me after 10min. i guess they don't need the business. i would not recommend this company and the lady answering the phones needs an attitude adjustment. its called customer service, you need lessons.
