Clean and comfortable but horribly managed..Won't open tables with long lists promptly. Will let certain players jump the line on the games lists. Wait staff for drinks are usually limited to 1 waitress and several are very rude. Dealers are average. Better places in Vegas to play.

Our tour guide picked us up at the Uber park and pickup. You'll pass through here for tours. It's easily accessible from the other hotels and we'll known.

Terrible management. A player took chips that weren’t his and the staff refused to do anything—even though they easily could have. They wouldn’t check cameras and said it wasn’t their problem. No accountability, no integrity. Avoid this place.

Stayed 5 nights with no house keeping when it was requested at check in. The last night here housekeeping woke me up in the middle of the night when I have an early flight to finally clean the room. Can only talk to an on site employee in person. Phone operators are only in the Philippians. Rooms are dated not worth $200/nt

“The most horrible poker room with the most horrible staff! They just stole my chips from the table without giving me the option to object or file a complaint. I bet pre-flop, and the dealer put the entire board down while both players still had chips, not giving us the option on the turn or river. Without any explanation, a supervisor came and said which hand was the winner without even listening to what happened at the table. AVOID THIS MISERABLE ROOM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.”
Maybe someone on the bosses see this post and you can chek the cameras at table 19 , date 07.february.2025 hour : 16:30 .

It was my first casino tournament. 3rd place because I'm awesome. Just kidding. It's not as fancy as the other places but a nice room. Very comfortable for a new person.

Horseshoe is a Horribly run poker room. Caesar’s poker room please open back up.
Horseshoe has a promotion that starts at 10am, but they don’t have enough dealers. What kind of poor management is that?
So, the manager and an employee are at the front desk with a growing waitlist and bad attitudes. “We’re not opening up another table any time soon.”
I guess because the manager had on a suit that means he doesn’t know how to deal.
Additionally, the room is hot. I have never been in a poker room where they keep the temp so high.
The servers only come every 90 minutes and you cannot get a bottle of water and a soda. What absurdity is this? So, one small bottle of water and 90 minutes later, I can get a soda.
The casino should be embarrassed. Why have a promotion if you cannot accommodate extra players? I guess so the man in a suit can stand at the counter casually drinking his coffee while players sit around waiting.
