Had a great stay here the staff has been amazing treated us like family I have 2 big dogs wasn't a problem at all and one even accidentally broke a window . No problem no extra charge they understood and I felt safe most importantly. Sure the place is dated but it is still like the last old vegas style hotel left it's definitely worth the price .I would stay here again and for all the people having issues I cam assure you you all must have been a$$ h@>&$ because the staff here is very friendly and helpful if your polite to them . If you want an affordable rate for vegas trip then come here

The most affordable option on the strip with the best location because of its proximity. Clean room. Staff is very nice. Definitely will come back

Stayed 1 night and 1 day in Motel 8, Las Vegas on my way from San Francisco to Nogales. Friendly environment, room clean and cozy, however motel is next to Boulevard, area is quiet. Thank you, see you next time. BR Stan

Used to be ok w/the old owners. Now they also do weekly and monthly rates, which tends to create a more dangerous environment. They drained the pool. Decreased # of rooms. Rooms are still in terrible shape. Roaches. Would NOT recommend.

The rooms are what you'd expect I guess. Nothing too outrageous. Prices aren't crazy high for stays. They have a little convenient store/Souvenir Shop right out front of the Motel. Also a little place to buy food. I forget what it's called but it's a little walk up takeout food place where you can also dine at. Standing tables where you can eat at. Prices are good. Place not too shabby

I wish I could give it a lower rating. I'm embarrassed to have stayed here. They don't have any modern tv networks. The bed has stains on it. The floor is a disaster. The only reason I stayed is cuz a nice old man who checked us in was a delight. Anyway, never coming here again. Not to mention the other residents are unpleasant, basically yelling in our window. And lastly the room has a slight funk and a terrible heater. So if you get the opportunity to stay here...don't take it. Not even as a last resort option. Just don't do it.

If you need a nice place to stay this is the place. The owners are absolutely fantastic. They have clean rooms well sanitized and fresh bedding. It's close to everything and you won't have to deal with the crap at these big casinos that all they want from you is to take your money. Stay here save money and go to see things, but one thing FOR SURE you need to try the fresh food that is on premise it is better than anyplace on the strip and very very affordable.
