The last two times I've gone here I've noticed that the prices on the tags are not the prices that's going to be there when you ring it up. The avocado dip said it was 99 cents it's actually 4 something and the tomatoes also said 99 cents but it's actually 1.99. The only reason I go here anyways because my mom's in the hospital and I can't drive.The employees are super nice and helpful though ?♥️

Getting straight to the point; the managers are rude and unprofessional. The young African-American manager is always frowning. The Caucasian manager with the washed-out blonde-pink rainbow hair is extremely rude. I wouldn't even patronize this store if it wasn't so close to my home. Woe unto you if you have a return and the lady at customer service is due for her break. No one will help you. Five year olds could do a better a better job at running this establishment.

I needed to exchange 2 items that were damaged when I bought them with the receipt. The customer service clerk was on a break so I did my shopping and then went to the customer service area. There was a customer and after 5 minutes of hearing a discussion on auto repair, I let the clerk "Toni" know that I needed to exchange the items. She looked at the receipt and told me I needed to go to the store that I bought them from. I should have asked for a manager but at that point, I just needed to get away from her. I made the exchange at the store I bought them from and spoke to 2 store clerks about what happened and they couldn't believe it. Once I got home, I called the store and spoke to the manager. I got an apology but customers beware that this is not the first time "Toni" treated customers badly

This store is very unprofessional front-end managers are absolutely unprofessional to employee and customers,working here is stressful on a daily basis and most things aren’t done correctly and usually managers act differently when they know higher up management is coming in.

The pharmacy is very disapointing. It took 4 trips to successfully get one prescription filled. CVS is way better.

I'm sick of all the grocery stores putting up hoops to jump through for cosmetics. I refuse to jump and will shop literally anywhere else. Lock them up? I spend my money elsewhere. Make me purchase then at a special register? I spend my money elsewhere. I'm not a thief and I'm sick and tired of companies treating all of their hard working customers, like thieves.

shopping at the store it’s a waste of my time. The deli department is unprofessional. One time I went there. They saw me and I had to ask for help . today No one is in the deli no sign stayed in my lunch break or anything waste my time getting in my car to drive there for lunch no more done with Smith Market.

Cashier named BRANDY is rude and nasty to me. I was helping her with my groceries putting stuff on my plastic bag and she snapped at me I just ask her oh you’re by yourself today? And she oh oh don’t worry I’m gonna get there!! I said I’m not complaining I’m just starting a conversation and actually helping her. I think she should look for another job she’s not fit to get paid and be nasty to customers!

I had an unpleasant experience with cashier named Luisa. Im an instacrt delivery driver. I was having trouble with my order. I explained what was my problem. She made the situation worse. I was humiliated. It should have been handled differently. I’m sorry for the other drivers that have to go through similar situations. We need to be treated equally with respect. Our job is important

There's been many times where I go into this location and I find just what I need. UNLESS - of course you go to the service deli thinking you'll get some great Deli meats for you lunch or dinner. Unfortunately here at the Smith's I would double check all you Deli meats in case they smell or taste BAD. I purchased a this Chicken today - and it smells like it's been sitting in HEAT and it's such a strong pungent smell. - KEEP AN EYE OUT, check your foods - We come to our neighborhood stores hoping we'll find the things we need at an low price but still ensuring 100% in quality products.
