Located 20 minutes from the strip, this is an older resort that is showing signs of wear. The rooms are large and somewhat comfortable. Restaurants are very basic, nothing outstanding. Staff are nice but not outright welcoming.

I like to stay off the strip when I'm in Vegas for golf trip. Great location in Summerlin nearby shopping and dinning is a plus.

Took out the coffee machines in the rooms and now charge $3 for each cup of coffee. Used to sell bags of ice in the gift shop and now they don't. Machines were very tight. We lost a lot of money. There was only one snack bar ( in the bowling alley) and we stood there for 10 minutes and no one helped us so we left. All we wanted was to split one chili dog 🤬
Rooms: No coffee any more.
Food and drinks: No fast food places

According to plans, the location was excellent. In general, the rooms were clean and well maintained, we had no problems, they were super friendly and granted us a room upgrade that allowed a good view.
The only detail is that the wifi is slow, they offer it as free and with great range and it is a must. Additional advantage: El Boliche and its snacks are very good 😉
According to our plans the location was perfect. In general: rooms as comfortable, clean, nice sheets. We've got an upgrade and the view was great.
The only "claim" would be that they advertise the wifi as free & high speed, it was included with a Resort fee for only 5 megabytes, and if you wanted the faster one, there was an extra fee. Add advantage: Bowling was nice & delicious snacks.
Price was good, so I can recommend it.

Hotel is on the far west side for a more local feel. But tons of dining options and golf courses for you to choose.

My friends stay here because of its location, beautiful vistas in any direction.
The area is quiet. The rooms are nicely set up. One complaint is no coffee or tea pot in the room 😔

Went there for a nearby conference. The room was spacious. My colleague and i share the room comfortably. Price was affordable. The staff were professional and courteous.
The hotel had a distict smell that bothered me. It was a very strong scent of cleaning product. The water took 15 mins to heat up and never reached hot. I wished to walk back and forth to the nearby conference but was encouraged not to do so.
