Purchased tickets to attend an event at the Lexi, never been before. Walked in, used the restroom and went to wait outside the room the event was in until they seated us. Got a good seat / table by the front. Right before show started security asked my boyfriend to step outside the room. Shortly after a bartender walked in the room to the front, made no eye contact with me and promptly went outside screaming “that’s her!” My boyfriend signaled for me to come out. At that point I was yelled at by security, shown a $100 bill and accused of giving counterfeit money to the bar (the bar which we NEVER set foot near) when I tried to tell them it was not us the bartender threw her hands in my face and cursed me out while walking away, security yelling at us in the same manner telling us they had cameras and were going to call the cops. I said go ahead. The GM said they’d review the cameras and if they found anything they’d come find us. We went back inside the room where the event was but our seats had been given away and the night was blown. Needless to say they were 100% wrong, we never even approached the bar and we were sober. I only got an apology from the security officer which I wanted an apology from the bartender who was shouting in front of the room that it was me and threw her hands in my face and could’ve easily been on something herself with how erratic and confrontational she was. We will NOT ever be returning. It was humiliating and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night, and we lost our good seats we got from getting there early. Just avoid this place, you’ll be better off going elsewhere.

We had an absolutely awful experience at the Lexi. My girlfriend and I were attending an event located inside of this hotel. Shortly after being seated, we were asked by security to step outside. This is when security accused us of attempting to exchange counterfeit currency at a hotel bar for smaller denominations. I vehemently stated this must be some mistake, citing that we had been seated at this event and have us confused with someone else. The security guard said there was camera footage of my girlfriend, and the bartender singled her out. I told the general manager and the security guard to review this video and apologize once they see the truth. Needless to say, we got an apology from security. However, our evening was pretty much ruined the embarrassing and frustrating situation.

Since the Artisan changed to the Lexi there is no more concentration of art in the lobby areas nor rooms. The hotel & pool are no longer 420 friendly. Serious downgrade. Drinks and food overpriced as well.

They held an event there and did not reserve enough parking spaces for hotel guests.
No hot water either on my last day of stay.
This hotel has gone downhill since the Lexi took over from artisan.

TERRIBLE! We actually changed hotels and paid for the last minute reservation somewhere else (which was not cheap). But anything was better than staying here!!!! There is NOTHING upscale about this place. We had no hot water, no ac, no hangers, no microwave, and the location is sketchy as hell. Lights were out in the hallways and the elevator is just creepy. I would consider this more like an upscale hostel than a luxury boutique hotel. So lower your expectations!

Use to have character, now the whole place looks like a nightclub bathroom.

I stayed here for an event and while the event was wonderful the hotel experience was a mess. I booked a suite but was downgraded to a smaller room without warning—at first for a higher price than listed online. Staff adjusted the rate and said we had a $50 food & beverage credit we could use at the bar, but later it turned out it couldn’t be used for alcohol or at any of the bars. Drinks we did buy from their own bar weren’t allowed at the pool area during the event (the event moved from the lobby to the pool area), and security made us stand in a hallway to finish them, making us miss part of the entertainment. I followed up with an email to management, and they couldn’t even bother to respond or apologize. Between poor communication, inconsistent policies, and zero response to my follow-up email, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked a trip for my parents in December for the elevated boutique smoking friendly room. July 2nd when my parents flew down they informed them that they changed the policy and no longer have smoking friendly rooms but since I booked in December (2months prior to the switch) they would honor it. Why did they charge my parents an almost $300 fee? No one will answer the phone and I can’t get in contact with anyone to get any answers. I recommend if your going to change policies to let people that have already paid for a stay know about said change or offer them a refund to stay elsewhere. Now you have kept a deposit that should not have been kept because of a policy change that wasn’t communicated with your customers properly. I will be contacting whoever I need to to get my deposit back and we will definitely not be staying at this location again. Do better

Needs to be remodeled. Has lots of potential to be a nice hotel. Needs some TLC. Remodel of the common areas needs to be done. Location is on a dark road and not easily accessible if you are not familiar with the area. Can easily get lost because of the freeway.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
We recently stayed at The Lexi Hotel in Las Vegas and had one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever encountered. The air conditioning didn’t work the entire time, and the lights in our room either wouldn’t turn on or blinked like a strobe light nonstop. The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. We had to beg for basic housekeeping and hunt down staff just to get towels each night.
When we went to the front desk for help, the attendant was in the bathroom for over an hour and 45 minutes. When I came back later, he was sleeping at the desk. The service was non-existent, the staff was rude, and there was zero consistency or professionalism. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. The place felt more like a run-down motel than a boutique hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Bait & switch scam. We reserved on their website 2 nights for $532. When we arrived, we were charged over $600. The desk staff refused to honor the online price despite us presenting the confirmation we received from the Lexi via email. Air conditioner didn’t work, room keys didn’t work, lights in the room flickered, room had no closet. A friend in another room had a door that didn’t fully close. Generally poor service - We rang the desk to ask for more towels, they said they’d bring them up, never showed. We booked 4 guests in one room and they only allowed us 2 keys. However, while we were out, they gave our key to our acquaintance who was NOT staying with us. Huge security risks and scammy behavior. Avoid this hotel.

The Lexi Hotel is one of the coolest spots I’ve stayed at in Vegas. The vibe is upscale but super relaxed. The rooms are modern, clean, and full of personality definitely not your typical cookie-cutter hotel. If you’re looking for something different from the huge, busy Strip resorts, The Lexi is a breath of fresh air.
