I wish I could give them zero stars. I was traveling for work and broke my phone. I stopped in here to replace it. My plan was to just pay for a new phone and get on with my life. It took 3 hours to get a new phone, and now I have to spend many more hours trying to sort out all the mystery charges that are showing up on my bill. These people will act nice to your face and then turn very slimy behind your back. Avoid this place at all costs. There are better places to get verizon service.

I’ve been with Verizon for several years now since Mary Grace takes care of family’s cell phone needs. Each time she moves to a store, I’d follow her there. This store is no exception. To me, she offers the best customer service 😊

Went into this store at 4:30 in the afternoon. Only one other customer in there at the time and 3 employee's with a Manager in the back. I never had anyone even acknowledging I was even in the store for the first 45 minutes I was in there. At that time one of the employees actually decided to talk to me and see if he could go in the back and get his manager to assist me? “Let me go in the back and see if my manager isn’t doing any managerial stuff and come out and assist you?” His words. Needless to say that never happened. After 50 minutes in the store with no assistance I finally left! Very poor customer service. Pack a lunch if you plan on visiting this location!

Grace the Verizon assistant in the store was phenomenal. But the Verizon agents on the phone and with Asurion, just gave us the run around for hours. They literately were worthless. If it weren't for Grace and her exceptional care I would have left Verizon today!! She spent 3 plus hours taking care of my issues today, upgrading my account etc. If Verizon had not wasted so much time on the phone, Have would not have needed so much time. Grace was delightful and caring. Took care of everything.
