Pharmacy can be awful. I got my number at 1438 by text. An hour later later still waiting. Here's the killing part, numbers before and after minw are filled and called. I asked why and I get numbers reset so not always in order. Makes me wonder if the pick and choose. Like all the single items get filled first

Waited over a hour for medicine and was told my medicine would be read in the next 2 hours.

Slowest pharmacy in the west. You will never match how slow this place can be. I have literally waited days for a 2-3 hour turn around on meds. The main pharmacy can do this in under an hour. Good news, they will never fix it.

First off this pharmacy is on a Military base and is for active, reserve, and retired military and family members. It is only a place to pick up ordered medications. Nothing is sold here.

Recently had to be seen in the ER. The ER is actually really nice and the people there are wonderful. I wasn't there too long, I mean I've been in ER's much longer, haha. The x-ray folks are a bit strange. But they were nice. The pharmacy people were fairly kind, except for some old man, he was rather grumpy, but he changed his tune a bit when I told him to have a nice day.Even though it was really quite busy in there, we were in and out in no time.Oh and the registration folks were also really kind and efficient.I have to wonder though, in reading reviews of other parts of this hospital and other doctors, why there are so many patient advocates needed and why nothing ever changes? Why do we need to contact 50 patient advocates to air our concerns and then nothing changes anyway?I'm considering skipping healthcare entirely for our stay here, because nothing outside of base is good, and on base isn't good either, it seems. Not sure where to go from here. We can't all just go to the ER for everything.

Got stuck in Vegas for medical issues, so ran out of medication. Don’t know how long I will be here. They would only give me refills for two of my 9 meds. Thanks for nothing.

There is no sign for an active duty line? Shouldn’t there be one in order to reduce impact on the mission?

If you just need to pick up medical, the drive thru is your best option.

Outstanding service! They were able to fill my daughter's prescription when Express Scripts could not. The phone lady was extremely helpful and answered my questions when I called about availability. The script was filled shortly after I called to confirm that the order was received from our civilian provider. Much appreciation to the entire staff.

Recently, the Nellis AFB Satellite Pharmacy stopped accepting written scripts and went to electronic scripts. They also published a telephone number to call for any problems. This telephone number is useless. Being on hold for an hour or more is common and then the phone disconnects. Occasionally getting a person on the line happens and then you are immediately put on another hold is a common occurrence. The new system is absolutely useless. Only the government could screw this up so badly.

I have been here a few times they need more workers, a new charging station? The one they have dose not work and just sitting there. Sometimes there TV and the screen for the numbers mess up. (March 23rd 2023 they are putting up names now. And even thou I know I had a prescription there for my kids . Did not see my name or her's. . . Most of us have kids/baby and have to get them back home or school and waiting for maybe 4hours along really sucks. No TV with cartoons on.. ? The People that work There Are Nice, and Understand not to be rude. (THEY DO HAVE POKÉMON GO THERE!!
