I walked in and saw Desiree helping a man that was having trouble with his card, she then helped me with my card and she made sure I was given everything needed. She made sure the other customers were taken care of as well. Very nice employee with good manners and a great attitude. Thank you Desiree for your help!

Today 4/27 around 9:05pm i tried to get some beer but the fridge was locked so i waited on line 5 people in front of me on my turned i told the young black male hey i am trying to get some beer but the fridge is locked the short white female heavy built told me step a side and directed the cashier to call for the next person and he did on the second person that was behind me i told them hey is not fair i already did my time waiting on line like everyone else is not fair to wait for everyone behind me and she said is not fair we are busy she was doing a app order and i told her i already waited on line and her poor response was you can wait or go to a diffrent store and i did there is a liquor store 35 five steps away...I will not recomment this store to the communitys around it.6580 losee roadAlso in the 3 pack modelo the fridge tag says 8.49 but when its scanned says 8.99I told someone last year.

Two days ago, I tried to get gas and pay with my debit card, which is cash Cash app card. I was getting gas and I also purchased a soda and a candy bar which the cashier was in a hurry. He was working too machines. He took my money instead of doing two separate purchases and then the products he did it all on one charge my card and then try to do it separately for the gas, which it did not go through my $20 is still sitting pending on my cash app, I reported it cash app and I asked 7-Eleven to give me my money back that night. They refused to do it. They said that the charge didn’t go through but it did. they charged my card $20 and one cents and it’s still sitting pending two days later and they will not respond to a phone call or anything.This is Terrible business I don’t have any money to give to 7-Eleven. I’m a senior and need my money back or give me my gas that I was trying to purchase. They will not do either one and very rude about it.

Coffee machines never work. Ever. Always some different excuse or "cleaning" the machines. Rude employees. Avoid this store if you're here for coffee. Depressing start to the day.

The last three times I have ordered through them all my orders have been wrong. This time we ordered a Coke Zero and Diet Coke and cherry slurpy and we got empty cups! Dry as a mf and no drinks! Who said I'm ya there orders done?!!??!! I give them zero stars and I haven't been reimbursed from any three orders. Smfh

I asked for a cup and was given the cup for free and was YELLED AT for walking out with it and charged for empty cups. I don't know his name its the Tall bald man that was working today at 2pm. He was also rude to my mom multiple times. I literally never make reviews but i am today because he needs to get fired. I wish my mom wouldnt be so kind and reported him.

Store clerk Jose Rivera was very rude to my 18 yr old son and refused to help when he went to purchase a lighter to bbq with. Not the end of the day, I was in the car, I went in to purchase it myself. That is when I overheard him talking smack about my son to the other customers in the store. It's fine if the store has a policy, it is not cool to talk about your customers afterwards. I got to stand in line and hear this a-hole speak poorly of my son to complete strangers. I told him to stop talking about my son, he then became rude and defensive towards me. There is no policy in Vegas regarding lighters. I will never go to this location again.

I love the Reward program! Just yesterday while getting gas ⛽️ I was able to use my accumulated points and I was able to fill my Jeep up .

Short lady with glasses extremely unprofessional didn't even say anything just looked at me I had to say hi and have a good day as a customer makes me not wanna come back it's not that hard to say hi and have a nice day unreal

Hey, I've been coming in probably every other day for years and overall it's usually pretty good. I always use a discover debit card here, and have been for probably like 5-10 years.I had an interaction with a grave staff member on May 15th while trying to use my same debit card I usually use and he tried to force it to run as credit, and as it was trying to process on the machine he voided the transaction and stated that "we don't accept discover" and it was extremely confusing considering right afterwards I went outside and on the pump I was able to fill my tank with the same card.What's awkward about the interaction is he didn't try to let me run it as debit, like I would with every other associate by default, they never even try to force it as credit usually?When he told me this, all I could say was "what? since when?" then he said to me "I couldn't get you that date" and he tried to force me to use another card as if he was trying to fish for my credit details or something. If it was anybody else, I know it would of gone through properly.It's just annoying when you go out for some snacks and pretty much get told to get lost because a cashier doesn't want to do their job... I get it, we all don't enjoy working I mean, it's work. But it pays our bills, at least try to be professional instead of out right lying to a customer.

I actually like this place. Especially the night shift guy. Bald head/tall, man if you see how he works and the new girl at night shift that's works towards early morning. She keeps the cooked food well stocked. They both make sure they greet you or almost everyone. Like dang I thought they know or recognize me lol. I go at night usually or around 1-3 am when I go to the gym. Just kinda wanna give a 3 star with the ladies on the morning. Maybe just one but I don't get the same hospitality from them than the night crew but the night shift makes up for it. Just wish there was a specifications where you can use the "free" chili and cheese. I use it with the hotdogs and the nachos (obviously) and have been using it for the mini tacos. Just weird that today the lady in the day crew charged me for it. I'm not short on cash but it would be nice to be told at least directly that there's an extra. The lady today talked in a low voice to the other cashier to charge me for the chili and cheese and it felt that I'm being accused of trying to get a freebie but that's just the vibe they gave me
