I got my car in September, and it ended up getting hit at the beginning of May. Working with the person’s insurance, I decided to take my business to ACE Brothers, as my family has always used and trusted them in the past. Danny was very informative, and helped me understand the entire process. It took a little over a week for me to be able to drop my car off, and same amount of time to pick it back up. They’re extremely accommodating, including when I would be running late to pick it up due to dropping the rental off. Everyone feels like family, and the woman at the front desk is so reassuring and great to talk with. My car looks, dare I say, even better than before. Everyone is truly like a family there, and they treat you as such as well. I hope to never see them again, (in the best way possible, no more crashes!) But if I do, I will ALWAYS take my business to ACE brothers. Thank you guys for taking care of my beauty!

Ace is the place. Smaller shop with excellent customer communication to their clients from Paul, whom I deal with is the best. Their work is perfect.

Paul is honest and will do what is right to make your vehicle right. They replaced the bumper, skid plate, and bottom grill on my truck and got it back in 1 day. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a body shop again.

OMG! This company is fantastic! the staff is wonderful! my car was totaled in a recent accident. My stress level was off the charts and since I have had many bad experiences with cars I was very apprehensive about where to take my car. My daughter researched and suggested Ace Brothers Auto and Collision. Their attitude, sensitivity to my situation, and their professionalism was something that is not seen much anymore in this world. Look no more for your car needs. Danny and Paul are amazing. They completely understand what you're going through and go the extra mile to make sure your car is treated as one of their own vehicles. After someone unfortunately backed into my car in a parking lot I brought my car here. Danny went and did a walk around and explained how it would work and best guess of how long repairs would take. They even fixed my back bumper. They also were extremely kind enough to buff and polish out some paint transfer that an unruly person left on my passenger door from hitting their door into mine. My car looks phenomenal and looks like it came from the dealership. This is not the first time my family has brought a car here but they always showed exemplary craftsmanship and effort to get you in an on your way. Thank you Danny and Paul you and your staff are amazing!

Lady who answered the phone was terrible. She tried to speak to me using insurance terms that I don’t understand. I politely explained to her that I didn’t know what that meant. She proceeded to repeat the same terms I didn’t understand the first time. I got frustrated and just wont do business with them. What an awful first impression. You can’t expect customers to communicate in the same way insurance companies and auto body shops do.
