This tow company has zero compassion for human life. The staff is without empathy for the well-being of others. We were given inaccurate information and treated like criminals simply for having a van towed. A friend of mine was living out of his van and it got towed. He did not have insurance or registration due to poor life choices. I was assisting him in retrieving his van from Century and got to witness how heartless the staff that works here is. It must be a very sad existence working at a tow yard to want to inflict pain on others who are in a desperate situation. We were lied to about being able to retrieve personal belongings from the van and had to pull up the impound laws to gain access to his personal possessions. The staff was intentionally not helpful in the process of getting the essential paperwork from the DMV. When we called and asked what was needed to access the van we were told one thing then after showing up to the tow yard were told something else. One staff member that was helpful was the man who worked in the yard to assist my friend in getting his belongings. He allowed for some extra time and a second trip to get the last of the stuff. Thank God for that man.

This is the worst place that I have ever been. I got an accident with the track and this MF have the worst policy ever first when start towing your car they're starting lying to you to take the vehicle out, when the get the vehicle out of there then you will know how these are rude

My GF, through no fault of her own, had her car impounded on a Sunday. Bad luck. It was just good luck when she called to inquire how to get the car back and found a fabulous woman at Bay Towing to assist her. We drove down at 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm) and GF forgot her DL. The kind woman whom she spoke to earlier told her to go home and get it. She would stay late to make sure the car would be released. Wow! GF got her car back the same day!

No matter how pleasant you try to be with anyone here they just try to run all over you. I was in an accident (not at fault) and all I wanted to do is what was required of the insurance and gather my belongings. These ladies made it as difficult as possible. They treat you as if you owe them something or did them wrong in some way. Delaying the process probably to gather more money and never answering calls. I called several times during the day nothing ! Maybe too busy talking to one another, terrible employees with terrible management. I pray none of you get in an accident and have to deal with these people, they'll only make your stress & pain worse.

Literally a waste of time. The lady sitting closest to the entrance was unwilling to remove here body from her seat. I guess she was glued to it. She continuously told me that she was unable to hear what I was saying through the plexi glass and did not once get up so that she could hear better. Customer service is terrible.

Recently got my car towed by them and it was absolutely terrible customer service! Just like previous reviews the lady's in the front office refused to acknowledge me or stand up from there seats. I stood around for nearly 5-10 minutes until one of them finally approached me asking me what I needed. Do not recommend!!

They told me my driver was fueling up at the yard 26 miles away it's been well over an hour they quoted. Tow truck driver was supposedly at the yard but showed up with a car in tow.. they sent my tow truck somewhere else first . Someone who called after me Ashley is a liar

Out of the 6 women in the office, not one of them wanted to help me even a little bit. They refused to get up physically at all from behind there desks. They stared at me and my disabled elderly mother constantly refusing to help her or myself whilst talking amongst themselves in an unprofessional way that should be taken outside of the office. Carla was rude, unhelpful, and ate food at her desk for two straight hours like an animal. It was hard to watch. Helena was also rude and unhelpful and honestly should not have her job. I was here over 2 hours until they finally released my vehicle. These women are absolutely miserable- they don't want to help you at all- in fact! they want to make everything more difficult, more time consuming so that they can make more money by holding your vehicle hostage for hours on end. No one in this office was professional. They are a hindrance to the already stressful situation. This place should be shut down. Ashley was rude and completely useless at first but helpful in the very very very end, this place is a nightmare

Tawny saved my life back to back days! Highly recommend. So friendly, communicative, caring. I honestly hope I don't need a tow any time soon lol but if and when I do, or if I know someone in need of a tow, they'll be my first call

0 Rating - HORRIBLY UNETHICAL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM; Requested Work-Truck Towing and received initial price of $630 AFTER offering the truck size, mfg. & model. A few minutes later we called back to approve the towing and they raised the price to $825, citing the size of the truck, which as mentioned was offered at the onset. We reluctantly agreed and called back within a few minutes to cancel. They agreed to cancel for a 50% fee because the tow-truck was already on the way (B.S. as it was only a few minutes after we approved the towing). And the cancelation fee wasn't explained until we tried to cancel. We again agreed to proceed with the towing at the inflated $825 price and when they charged our credit card they instead charged $850. Their shop is less than 10 miles from the broken down Work-Truck and after a few hours of waiting we called for an ETA and found they canceled the request and charged us 50% even though we agreed to pay the inflated towing price. In short, they were overly expensive to begin with, we were told it's a 50% cancelation fee after we tried to cancel and before the tow-truck could've been on the way. They then charged us more than the quoted price. We approved the towing and after a few hours of waiting we called for an update on their ETA we found they canceled and charged us 50%. We again told them we needed the towing and our work-truck wasn't picked up for about 5 hours after the initial request, so our team lost a full day of productivity, which adversely affected our revenue and our important clients. Again, 0-Rating - HORRIBLY UNETHICAL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!
