WORST EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER HAVE I BEEN MISTREATED BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR. OLD lady REFUSED TO ATTEND ME but as soon as a white lady comes in, the lady quickly attends her. Thank you to Roby for realizing the mistreatment and attended me. NEVER COMING BACK ID RATHER DRIVE TO VEGAS

My husband and I order online, so needless to say we have to occasionally return items. Whenever no matter what time of day, which date or day of the week it is they are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. My husband and I have tried talking to the women, and if they aren't deplorable to you they don't answer you at all. This is not the way for a professional organization to conduct business. It's almost worth the drive to Vegas to be helped rather than talked to by those women. And the 2 men there aren't any better.
I have never in the time I've lived here had a positive encounter with them.

Hey guys (UPS in Pahrump Nevada) is (not) the fingerprint Bureau .. They told me ..That's The. Sheriff's department ... By the DMV ..In Pahrump Nevada Basin ave & near Petrack Park .. ... Please correct this error Google it's not UP'S store .. It's the sheriff's department ... . And the people at UPS store are probably tired Google !!!!!! Fix it...

Today I observed an incident that shocked me to my fiber. A small stature lady walks up to the counter and places her Amazon envelope on the scale. The counter person with a Roby name tag opens the envelope and pulls out a small black box. Evidently this lady was returning it. Roby told the lady she needed to properly package the item. She didn't appear to understand this. Roby pointed to a screen that said if store personnel had to package it, it would cost her $2.49. The lady pointed at the package. I finally discerned that this lady was deaf and mute. Roby wrote messages to explain the above policy. Eventually the lady agreed to pay for store to package her return. The lady paid $2.67 and then Roby proceeded to pull a strip of tape off of a tape dispensing tool. She had put the box back in the envelope and placed the tape across the enclosure. She messed that strip up and had to use another one. Does this sound wrong to anyone else? I don't see that Roby delivered compassionate customer service to this lady. I don't know Roby or what kind of day she was having. But she looked to be irritated to have to serve this woman.

I am a new resident to Pahrump. My first time at the UPS store, two female employees were chatting while one wrapped a package. Finally, I was motioned to the counter—I politely acknowledged both women and said, “How are you ladies today?” SILENCE! No response from either woman. My package was scanned and receipt handed to me. I said “Thank you and have a great day! Again SILENCE as though I didn’t deserve or warrant a courteous reply. What moronic employee behavior not to be courteous or to acknowledge a customer when a customer is courteous and polite to you!

BELLIGERENT STAFF LATE OPEN
I arrived around 820am and the doors were locked. All hours posted outside and online say 8 AM. As I returned to my car, a woman walked out. I asked if the hours had changed.
She went into a tirade about how a computer issue prevented her from opening the doors on time.
Given her intense reaction and lack of professionalism to my question, I chose the 2 hr round trip drive to Vegas instead to return it today.

called in from a different state to get update on a package. phone was answered with attitude and received attitude through out the phone call. terrible customer service. was told to check online for information.

I came to this page to look up how busy the store is and plan when to come in. I was totally shocked to see so many low ratings. I've had a mailbox at UPS for several years and have also purchased other services. The team has always been courteous and efficient. Sometimes there is a line but if you come in at the less busy times you usually get in and out quickly
