“Dave at Payless Storage and his team are awesome! I was easily able to make my reservation and they followed up with me continuously. Dave called me a day before I was to pick up, asking if I could pick up early, as UHaul national was trying to assign my truck (for one day) to someone else. Dave was concerned that the truck may be returned late, and would not be available for me at my appointed pickup time. He said that he would give me an "extra day", so that I would be assured to have my truck. When I arrived, my truck and trailer were ready to go; trailer attached to the truck, and the truck was clean (with only 8000 miles). A truly exceptional experience!”
