This business consistently treats its customers with disdain and poor customer service. The last straw for us was when my husband bought a phone charger. It did not work. I bought one from another store that did work, and so my husband went back to the store two weeks later to return it. First, the manager told him he couldn't return it since it was after the seven-day "return policy." Never had that unusual policy been communicated to him: not when he bought the charger, not written on the receipt (which he brought with him to return the charger), nowhere posted on any notices on the business's walls. When he said that actually, he wanted to exchange it for one that works, the manager didn't believe him that it didn't work! My husband asked her, why would he go to the trouble of trying to return a new charger if it did work? Crazy and stupid, isn't it? Well, then the manager when through about ten minutes of "testing" the charger, claiming that it would take an even much longer time to "make sure" it didn't work. At that point, my husband walked out, promising that they would hear from us about this even more horrible and distrustful level of non-service. And this level of pushing my husband to a patience-breaking point is unusual for the kind of guy that most normal human beings love. He's an easy-going and extremely likable guy -- but not to mean and nasty people like the management and staff of La Morenita. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! IN FACT, IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA FOR EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT SUCH A LOUSY BUSINESS!!!
