Every business can have bad reviews. I don't judge a salon by a few reviews. I'd already tried 3 salons in Sparks. Terrible job. Got tired of driving over 11 mi. The final straw was having 3 pedicures (2 adults , 1 child) for $150. Ridiculous.
First, ask for Anna. I am thrilled with the quality and they don't overcharge. She asked questions and repeated the answer back to me for clarification. She listened. You can't get better than that. I was thrilled and highly recommend her.

My grandma got her nails done at Escape Nail Salon. The nails started falling off within 2 weeks. During application, her nails were filed down further than she was comfortable with and now she is dealing with a bit of pain. She called to make a follow-up appointment, and has not received a call back for 3 days now. I strongly recommend avoiding this nail salon.

Don’t! Nope!! Only one star so I can post this review. The male owner was rude, overpriced, ripped me off, and cut me over 3 times+
Overpriced, bad vibes, had to leave w no polish.
Sales pressure the entire visit as they were trying to upsell me to take off all of my nails and do a full set. I only needed a fill. Drilled my nails all the way down so they were incredibly thin and left with brittle nails. Took nearly 1.5 hr from the owner. Not skilled.
Would not recommend. Don’t do it. Waste of time!

I had my toenails cut by a gentleman; I believe his name was Daniel. He was great. The next time I went Daniel was busy, so a woman named Anna cut my nails. She cut me badly twice, Do not let her cut your nails! Here is a photo of my foot after removing my sock when I got home.

This is the most welcoming and friendly nail salon you will ever go to. I have been going here for almost 20 years and would never think of going anywhere else. I would highly recommend everyone that works here. I personally use Anna, but Lee, Rose and Cho the owners and Billy and Danielle are great!

I was a walk-in today. They were actually very friendly, and spoke with me (more so than the other nail salons I’ve been to in the past). Their nail polish smudged some on one finger, but when I pointed it out, Daniel fixed it right away with no complaint. He checked over the rest of my nails, and made sure everything else was satisfactory. What seemed like several regulars were in there during my visit, and the staff conversed with their patrons as if they were old friends. It was a nice experience. I was skeptical of coming to this place because of the 3 star review average but my friend and I were at the Lake Bar & Grill a few doors down having lunch when we were contemplating out loud where we should get our nails done. The bartender as well as a guest there both suggested we go to Escape Nail Salon. I reluctantly conceded to go with my friend despite the reviews and I am so glad we did! Everyone there were so nice and friendly. The shop is a a small Vietnamese family-owned business that has been open for over 20+ years. My nail tech's name is Le and she is a neighbor of the owner's and has been working at the nail salon for 18 years!! She was very skilled and got me the look I wanted with my nails and I will continue to be a happy customer coming here. It's honestly a shame that some bad eggs who didn't have a great experience would bash this place but I would encourage anyone to try this place out before making a judgment not to stop by.Services: Pedicure
