This is the second time I’ve dealt with the boys down at Sender Motors! Let me just start off by saying a local business owner. That being said I like to support local businesses, These guys want above and beyond helping me find the right car for my 16 year-old daughter! Thanks again and I’ll be back to get another vehicle when in the market! No stress, no bs, just honest men doing honest work. Please give them a chance if you’re looking for a used car or truck.

My rear driver's side window had come off the track. They had it fixed for me the same day, and were extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything to me. I'd definitely go back for anything else I needed to have repaired with my vehicle.

The Sender Motors team sent it and crushed it! I had a specific brand of pads, shoes, and rotors that I wanted installed on my pickup. Most other shops I called didn’t want to install customer-supplied parts. Fortunately, I discovered Sender Motors. I was impressed the moment my call was quickly picked up by the manager and service advisor, David. He gave me a quote for labor to install my parts and scheduled an appointment. Don’t let the seemingly small building on the corner lot fool you. Everything about this business is done on a professional level, from their website, phone system, and even their matching uniforms. Upon check in, I was further impressed with their use of technology to electronically review and sign work orders. David sent me an electronic copy and even offered me a paper copy as well clearly describing the work to be done and estimated cost (something factory dealer service advisors will often avoid giving at drop off). These guys are truly honest, upfront, and transparent. David gave me an estimated completion time and asked me my preferred method of contact. I left assured I was leaving my pickup in good hands. Work was done quickly and the estimated cost stayed the same. Checkout was done by the owner himself, Trent, and again I was provided electronic and printed receipts of the work done and my payment. I received my truck without damage, and I was pleased to see the new brakes properly installed and functioning smoothly as if done at the factory dealership, possibly even better. Bill was the tech named on the receipt, and he did an outstanding job! I am amazed with the quality of service I received for the price I paid which is much better vs bigger shops like Big O. I highly recommend Sender Motors if you’re looking for a shop that can do quality work quickly and for a great price.

My car became inoperable, after a radiator repair at a different shop, triggered my water pump to fail at no fault of their own. I called around and thankfully got ahold of Trent who was able to have my car repaired the next day and even offered a loaner vehicle from their car lot. He really saved the day and I couldn't be more thankful! I highly recommend Sender Motors!

I’ve had several visits for auto repair around Reno and this is by FAR the best one I’ve ever visited. Trenton provided quality service and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Affordable pricing and a completely stress-free visit. I felt taken care of instead of just another car to fix. Very highly recommend!!

Purchased a truck from here 3 months ago and it has been great! Came by because my tires were low and the team at Sender Motors helped me out at no charge. Very thankful I found a dealership that is honest and helpful!
