I've been coming here for years, and they typically get the job done. I came here yesterday and paid for their top tier wash. The wash made my car appear clean at first, but at closer glance there were still a lot of dirty areas all over my car. The wash i paid for included a spot free rinse that is not spot free, and a tire shine that only reached part of each tire. I wish I spent my $40 on anything else but this wash. Not returning.

My car was in desperate need of a wash while I was out and this was the most convenient car wash. The staff were friendly, so they get stars for that. However, the car wash itself was not very good for the price. My car - especially the back - was still quite dirty when I came out. I decided to use the vacuums as well and they weren't very good either. The first one I used was broken and I had to just use the tube itself.

Terrible service after 4 yrs I have a supposed supervisor (been there a week) tell me the gate person messed up but I have to be inconvenienced. Taking pictures of my vehicle and threatening to call the police ( guess they never heard of customer service) called 3 times and left a message each time, only time corporate called is after I emailed them last night. The corporate spokesperson said she called back 3 times ( that was a lie, zero missed calls) then at the end of the conversation she tells me she been off for two weeks, I asked her how could she call me if she was off her reply was well I came in too (?). So apparently she came in to call me or she lied. After that I canceled my service .....what a joke

I came to this car wash specifically because I had seen Co. Pressed air hoses in their pictures and it didn't dissapoint on that end. Even got the back of my truck with a camper shell on it pretty clean. Don't expect greatness out of any car wash. You will be disappointed if your expecting hand wash results. That being said, I'd maybe get the basic wash. I got the top of the line and it was OK on a white pickup. And as long as the basic uses all of the same brushes it will be fine. But the tire shine is a joke! Downgraded a star for that wasted feature. Granted, I guess I could have tried to rub it around myself.

I have been using the surf car wash membership for a year all over town. This one is the worst one. The skinny asian with glasses was very rude and I'm going to be using the other ones around town. My car always gets its paint scratched and it's not worth the value I pay each month.

I have a share card membership. Went though the car wash and the bugs were still all over, went around for a rewash and the associate told me that on share memberships, they do not offer rewashes. When I asked that the car is still dirty so you do not take responsibility if the car comes out dirty on the other end... she said "technically No". I am in shock after hearing that answer. bad policy. 2/10 value for your money. After 2 washes, bugs are still there. Id rather cancel the membership and wash my car at home

Workers are incompetent. Scanned my card for a wash shortly before they closed, sprayed it with bug spray, then couldn't get the car wash to work, sat there for 15 mins on the tracks of the car wash and let that spray dry all over my car. They half ass rinsed it off and told me they were sorry and to back out. I had to ASK about the wash they just scanned my card for. The "manager" said she would go into the computer and refund the wash and I can come back tomorrow. Suddenly my car lurches forward through the wash, only to get stuck halfway through, the blue spinners never cleaned my car. Just a quick spray of some foam, got stuck, started going again to rinse. Came back today for my wash with my obviously still filthy car to be told by the same "manager" that the car wash actually ended up working last night because she watched it on video. Ummm nice try! I recorded myself stuck mid-car wash not moving at all. CLEARLY they were having issues last night but won't admit to it today. I literally just wanted the wash that I paid for. Hire people that actually know how to run a cars wash.

Poorly ran business with underage workers who are careless. They do not take care of the client and the place is messy. I do not recommend.

Machine does a great job and unlimited vacuum use is definitely a plus.
