The rooms were comfortable and the showers were spacious. I would stay here again. No room service. Good air conditioning and beds:)

Wonderful stay! The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.... was in a safe area for a solo traveler. Very convenient location to the convention center. Will stay here again if my travels ever take me back to Reno.

The rooms are large and I got one with a view of the lake. It's really beautiful. It's also a great walk for our dog.

Wouldn't believe this deli is owned by the Peppermill -- the two deli's are like night & day-- Western Village deli workers have no sense of urgency ( while we waited nearly 45 minutes for two orders of chicken wings with no other orders togo out - cooks rest there arm on our order while having a long conversation - my wife had too actually go to the receiving window and ask for our order) at the Peppermill those guys rock -- they actually make fresh sandwiches/ pizza -- and do it real fast !Western village needs someone to make these cooks accountable!

Great view where I was, a key card was needed to enter the building with the rooms. 24-hour restaurant. Located near the freeway, gas stations and other convenient places.

Last-minute stop for us. We didn't know what to expect and we were surprised for sure. How clean the rooms were and smelled fresh in a pet-friendly room. They even thought about your fur baby by providing dog bowls and a tennis ball.

Loved that the room was separated from the casino, so it could really be smoke-free. The beds were very comfortable. The 2 mile walk around the sparks marina was refreshing as well. It was an unexpected pleasant surprise.

Very fun place to gamble and eat too, the food prices are low and the food is marvelous.
