“AJAX Moving was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond in assisting with our two office moves. Everything went seamlessly and all our requests, even our "particular" ones were met. All our items were moved undamaged and put exactly where we asked them to be. The personal service was impeccable as the owner, Alex, was very communicative each step of the way, even at "off-hours" and was personally on-site whenever there was activity. The owner accepted any task we asked of him without making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him or his crew. They even happily mounted a TV on a wall of one of our offices. “On a Sunday, we asked several companies for a quote and availability.
The following Monday, Bay State Pods were the first to respond. The offer sounded good to us and a box was available at the time we wanted it.
On delivery day, the driver called to give us an estimated time. He was on time and placed the box exactly where we wanted it to be.
Several days later, I got a follow up call to check if everything was OK.
That is great customer service.
So far, we are happy with Bay State Pods.
I'm sure once we call them to get the box picked up again, it will be as smooth as it was until now.”
