Another opportunity allowing Rad Worx to help with installation of brake pads, rotors and tire rotation. And looking at my horn to see if it was working correctly on my vehicle. Very reasonable price for the repair services. I highly recommend Rad Worx for your auto needs.

If you care about your time and money DO NOT COME HERE. The two most unprofessional fools you will ever come across. We got into a minor fender bender back in October, after a while of just getting busy we brought it into two different garages which had told us the car was entirely drivable, just needed some cosmetic work and repairs to the radiator up the line. We lived nearby and came across Rad Worx, hoping to get everything in the engine that needed to be tweaked done. After checking the car out, they also told it was 100% drivable and presented us with a bill for parts of approximately $900 for minor repairs mainly to prevent problems up the road, but this included a new radiator and ac as well as a few support beam repairs so I understood. We paid them, and a week later dropped the car off. I DROPPED MY CAR OFF TO GET FIXED AND MY MOTOR AND HEAD GASKET BLEW THE NEXT DAY. On top of the $900 i’d given them, now $400 for a tow. They tell me “we won’t waste anytime figuring out why” because it was their faults bc of course they don’t wanna pay for a tow. I’d never had even a check engine light on before. They gave us a “new engine” and after a week of waiting and not being able to get in any contact, we’re given a loud, disgusting sounding old junk yard motor with nearly 10,000 miles more. What’s better? The first motor they got in was broken and they had to get ANOTHER. There is not one SINGLE thing this place can do right. Took a perfectly good barely a decade old Corolla and absolutely RUINED THE ENGINE and put my life in danger breaking down on the freeway. disgusting practice. Pictures of my car POURING coolant the day after dropping it here for reference.

Great shop in down town Claremont. Hands down best place to bring your vintage Audi or VW. Also Jim still does full radiator repairs and restores. They also work on all cars.

Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Because I am from out of state, they knew I would not be down there again and yet they still made sure they looked through every detail during the inspection.

Absolutely fantastic here! Came in for a tire swap and they spent the time to talk about both of my vehicles and taking care of the maintenance. Will be my go to from now on.

We brought a functioning, roadworthy vehicle to Rad Worx. Several weeks later, we're left with a car we can't drive and a massive parts bill. We finally had it towed out of there. Disgusting. This place deserves a rating of less than one star.

Not just cars, Jim went above and beyond to get my Triumph radiator fixed when it sprung a leak. Finding time while just opening up his business and at a very reasonable price.

I brought in a 2003 Porsche Boxster 986 that I’m looking to restore and maintain. Right away I could tell from Jim’s statements that he understood the car, as well as it’s parts and infamous weak points. I left it with him, asking for a top/bottom diagnostic with a prioritized list of items needing attention. It was a legitimate request, as well as an organic test of integrity. He met me there on an off day to receive (worked around my schedule) and came back with a complete, honest diagnostic of the car. No serious issues, a boot needing replacement etc. he provided a full list and I look forward to knocking through them at my pace, as well as replacing IMS and RMS with him. So many mechanics would have seen dollar signs and exploited my request. Start to finish, it was a personal approach by someone who knows and loves a classic as much as you. I even was given pics of the undercarriage and other areas of concern so I could see the condition of them and make my own informed decisions. WHERE ELSE DO YOU EVER GET THAT? So glad I found this place. Honesty, professionalism, and a personal/passionate approach to your vehicle and you. Highly recommended.

Wonderful owner, responds very fast to questions and has done some great work for myself and other car enthusiasts in the Audi and VW community. If you're looking for a reliable shop, that's well managed and that finishes your projects in a timely manner, this is your spot!

Don't even think about throwing out those old radiators, take it to these guys and they will rewind it back to where it just came straight from outta the manufacturer plant.

Please know all old reviews reflect when the place was dales. This review dose not reflect dale or his work.Jim Richmond can not literally finish anything he starts. And hes opening up a shop. Seems legit huh?Oh yeah, let's rebuild copper core rats and work on old janky Audis. ? Because new Hampshire is loaded with 80s Audis and copper cores rats.Avoid this place, stick to your already trusted and known mechanic. He isn't ase certified. He isn't certified in anything. Avoid.
