I recently purchased a new truck from the team at Don Noyes Chevrolet and had a phenomenal experience! I texted with Butch on Wednesday (before Thanksgiving) and was driving off the lot Friday afternoon.
From the second I walked in the door on Friday morning, I was greeted by a kind staff who already warmed the truck for a test drive. After going for a spin, I had an opportunity to catch up with Butch while the team worked on my financing, and never once felt rushed or ignored.
This team focuses on the customer experience from beginning to end and you're not just another number or vehicle driving off the lot. You're a valued member of the Don Noyes community (he even came out and took a photo with my sister and I since we bought our vehicles two days apart.)
This place is rockstar quality and I'm looking forward to a long partnership with them!
