I purchased a new dishwasher and paid for pouring to install it on Oct 11 2025. January 27 at 4.30 Mt house was flooded and nearly destroyed. When the plumber came he found a cracked pump to the dishwasher. The holes were not sealed and we're much larger than needed. Contacting James at Poulins he did not own upto leaving the holes unisulated or even consider ot was a defective part. The previous dishwasher was installed and never created the draft kitchen I had experienced after James installed the new machine.He refuses to even replace the defective part.
