So far, my experience with Dole Accounting has been exemplary! Finding Kim is like finding that other rarity, a capable and trustworthy car mechanic. As a newcomer to Lebanon, I put out a request on Yahoo to be contacted by local accountants, and Kim was the only one that replied. I'm so glad she did! She has excellent communication skills, is quick to respond to my questions, is very informed about tax preparation, and her prices are fair. As a small business owner with a growing business, I will look forward to working with Kim for years to come, and enjoying the peace of mind that comes with having a completely competent tax preparer.

I had always done tax returns myself, eventually using the common tax preparation software. For the 2020 return, due to some dissatisfaction with the software programs in dealing with a move and IRA withdrawals, i looked for a tax preparation service and, to my good fortune, found Dole Accounting. I continued with Dole Accounting for the 2021 return and will continue with Dole Accounting in the future. I have the highest regard for Kim's knowledge of tax matters, care and accuracy in the return preparations, responsiveness, and timeliness.It's now 2024. I uploaded all my 2023 tax information to Kim a week or so ago, and yesterday she sent back the return for my review. I had only one question - she had a slightly higher value for interest on a loan that i had shown in a spread sheet i had sent her. When i asked, she explained that i had made a mistake in the spreadsheet in calculating the total interest. I checked, and she was right. Now THAT is thorough. I can't even imagine a better person to trust with my tax preparation.

Dole Accounting was recommended by family and has been helping me file my personal taxes the past few years. They have been quick and extremely helpful every time I ask questions and have not had any issues filing with them.

Kim has taken care of my taxes for years. I have never had any issues getting my taxes done and done right! The one time we did have a problem it was actually the IRS’s fault. There was a hiccup in their system and kim handled for us very quickly.
