I went to get my bikini waxed and she told me not to be worried if it felt like it was burning. And after I had a HUGE burn mark that stayed for 2 weeks and it was awful. So… don’t recommend

Scheduled the Japanese Facelift Massage and was very disappointed. The time slot is an hour however I was only in the room for about 40 minutes. Even worse, the massage is actually only 20 minutes and then you are left to “relax” for 20 minutes. The price also differed from the price when I booked by about $10, not a big deal, but thought it was unprofessional. Waste of money and will not be back.

I made an appointment a week in advance, showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and more than 30 minutes before they are supposed to close and the door was locked closed sign on the door. Very unprofessional. No phone call, no text, no email saying they wouldn't be here. I left work early for this and it was a major waste of my time.

Left there feeling like my face was just greasy after a facial. Product was placed around my eyes so of course got into my eyes causing irritation. Attendant left room once as she was “the only one there”. Will not return for another facial.

My eyebrows feel burnt/crisped after a brow lamination... I had my eyelashes lifted and one side is way more curled then the other to the point where I can't put mascara on because it gets all over my eyelid... I paid for $240 in services and do not believe that it was worth the money. Annemarie was wonderful with her hospitality and welcoming me into the spa. She was very kind. I hate to put this review up. But I am not happy with my results. I just wish it had come out better. Maybe my hair just didn't react well to the solution, or maybe it was left on too long. I'm not really sure. But I feel I have wasted that money. Now I fear my brows and lashes could potentially fall out.

It's so great and convenient to have such a wonderful place in the Hanover community. The Esthetician I have seen regularly for the last year is Olga. Olga truly makes the experience so exceptional. She cares about everything she does and is so nice! Olga takes pride in her work, makes sure her clients are comfortable and happy with their results. Her threading and wax skills are amazing! Did a body wax service here. It was surprisingly painless compared to other salons I've visited. Friendly and efficient staff. The prices are reasonable and was offered a discount for working at a Dartmouth facility!

Terrible experience! Today is my birthday, my friend reserved for me and my mom to have a facial there. I called ahead and said I was going to be 10mins late, if that was ok. The person on the phone said it was ok. My mom and I arrived and a very rude lady told me they could only do one of us (my mom or me) and since I was late, they could only do 40mins but still charge for 1hr, even though I was only 10 mins late and not 20. If they had just said over the phone that they could only take one of us and the service time could have been reduced I could have understood. But don't tell me is ok and then give me a different information after I arrived. Also, I totally respect wearing masks but if it is mandatory in your location, please have masks available there for your customers to wear. We don't know your rules until we arrive...

Went in for a lash tint/lift and eyebrow wax and tint. I have never had such a miserable and painful experience getting a eyelash lift and tint. Glue was stuck to my lashes, the tech was pulling my lashes OUT and so rough with my eye skin. I was left in the room multiple times with perm solution/dye on my lashes while the tech went to the front desk. I was so on edge the whole time because my eye was getting poked/lashes getting pulled etc. tech also did not tell me what she was doing, which it's quite a shock when they go from touching your eyes to now having hot wax on your face with no notice. My lashes are way over permed and are kinked in all directions. No consultation was done for my brow shape or brow tint color. Honestly overall a very disappointing experience and i would not recommend this place - seems to me they are not up to date on their training either? Will be going elsewhere to see if i can save my lashes.

disconcerting experience. Annmarie didn't knock to reenter the room while I was undressing prior to the service and just barged in. After the service she left me undressed and uncovered on the table when she opened the door to walk out. I found this frankly violative. The service itself was... subpar. She claimed lines were even when they really weren't and seemed exasperated that I was there. ISO better waxing options in the area.
