Sadly, the trees were short and narrow. In a few years the selection will be amazing.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! We had a wonderful adventure at Forster's Farm. You can pick and cut your own tree, or choose a pre cut tree from the store. The trees are absolutely gorgeous and full. The gift shop is so festive and fun with so many beautiful ornaments to choose from. The views from the farm are amazing! The owners are kind and gracious. For anyone that had a bad experience previously, you need to head back now that there are new owners. You won't be disappointed. We will definitely come back here next year.

Excellent selection of trees cut or cut your own. Staff are wonderful and make the Holidays start off on the right foot! Make sure you visit the gift shop!

Very nice people but poor selection of trees. Currently all trees are under 6' and crazy high prices at $16 per foot. That's $80 for a 5' tree. Will search elsewhere next year at these prices.

Drove up the mountain on dec 6th to find that they weren't allowing any more cutting and had 4 trees cut left. Sign still up on highway miles away2 under 4 foot, women grabbed crooked tree and told me it was cut 2 weeks ago. 7 foot - 82 $. Crooked, but it was all they had. She was in my face to buy the tree as if she w as winning a bet. Got home, cut the cookie off trunk to ensure it would last, put in sugar water for a week. Now it's dead! So much for being. Cut 2 weeks ago like the pushy women said. Never going back!

We just returned with our tree that we cut and were shocked that it was measured as a 7 foot tree. I am well over 5 feet myself and this barely topped my height. We won’t be returning to this farm again. $85 for a 5 foot tree that you cut, carry, and load yourself is insane. I can go to my home state of Vermont and get a super full 7 foot tree for $45. I am all about supporting local but this place is way overpriced. And, for those who need it, zero covid safety measures are in place . The shop was super crowded and not a mask in sight. NOTE: The comment from the owner below tells you all you need to know. No, I didn’t miss any signage. We were lied to about the height of the tree. As far as no masks, I’ll listen to those I know who are infectious disease experts.

Not being from New Hampshire, I had no idea what to expect. I was not disappointed. The views from Forster's Christmas Tree Farm are breathtaking, and the people who run the store go above and beyond. The experience of cutting down your own tree makes Christmas even more special.

This is what buying a Christmas tree should be like. Just the most wonderful experience - starting with the amazing views from the top of Mount Hunger and the fresher than fresh balsam firs that you can go out into the fields and find and cut yourself or choose from among the great selection in all sizes. These are healthy trees that last for weeks - tested in our family for many years now. And they’ll prune it up, slice and clean up the trunk for you, and get it into or onto your car. Worth every penny because to us, quality and service is worth paying for. Then, the selection of imported ornaments, incense burners, scented oils and amazing holiday items is sure to please everyone in your family. Warm up with some hot cider, smell the scent of New Hampshire, and cozy up to the fire inside or out. This family-run place is a cherished part of our Christmas tradition.
