I've never seen or had a bank that is closed a good 30% of the time. Banks been closed for over a week, I had to drive an hour and 40 minutes (the other closest bank of america to me, Concord, NH.) Just to be able to get the services/help I needed. Honestly ridiculous, Switching directly to Savings bank of Walpole.

If I could leave this with negative stars, I would. WORST national bank chain and it's not even close (and I've had TD Bank, PNC, Chase, Citizens). This beautiful building doesn't deserve the cancerous company occupying it and we should be ashamed that such a historic building is being used to house this undeserving pathetic excuse for a company. Keene, let's do better. Stop using this bank. Drive them out.

Bank of America is the WORST we have ever dealt with and the Keene NH branch should be shut down due to incompetence and overall BS. Lies, misinformation and just a waste of time. Nobody ever answers the phone and if you go into the branch you are met with rudeness and lack of care. We are pulling all of our money out, they are not a bank but rather a really bad business that only wants your money. I would rather keep our money in a chimp farm as they would do a better job.

Absolute WORST.BANK.EVER!!!!My card was hacked many times, and I don't do online shopping ever. And to even try and get ahold of them, is impossible! You'll be on the phone for ever. And the bank in keene, is open like what? Maybe 24 hours A WEEK?!?!When you go in person, there are about 3 tellers, with only one teller helping people. And trying to talk to people in the office. There are 5 office spaces, one for each employee. You have 2 employees helping people and the other 3 walking around with their hands behind their back smiling and talking to people who are waiting. Come on. How lazy can this place be?!This bank in general is honestly the worst bank ever. Go to a credit union, it's much easier and they are a lot nicer and actually help.

Went in with a check from bank of America. Was told I needed multiple forms of ID after being told I only needed my license. Did I mention the check was written from bank of America?

This bank has the worst customer service. You can stand in line forever, while only one poor teller is taking care of customers. Lots of employees standing and smiling but not helping anyone.

Spacious interior for this particular building, even just worth a gander, they are friendly and want your business :) successful. Definitely one of the best buildings in Keene, and often guarded!
