I can't review because they never showed up or even called for my appointment. when I called them the next day, I was told a person would call within 1 hour, but that never happened. really poor business. review for Lunenburg Massachusetts.

Satellite AutoGlass replaced my windshield a few weeks ago when I got a crack from a branch that fell on it from a canopy by our house. My experience was really positive and trouble free which, I have to say, is really nice to have. Almost a rarity these days. My insurance agent booked them and they came to my house within a few days. Chris, the tech who did the job, was competent, communicative throughout the job and answered all my questions. Upon completion, he left a number in case anything seemed off. I called them a few weeks later because I noticed the windshield liquid wasn't coming out very well on the left side since the replacement, and a different person swung by that same evening on his way home. It ended up being just a bent in the tubing. It was cold out, but the guy rechecked everything out. I felt like they took good care of my car and me as a customer, and Chris was great. I'd do business with them again.

This place is great, incredibly efficient and professional. They could teach a class in customer service , I should know because I have. The office is immaculate, there's everything you could want available if you choose to wait. They even had HGTV on. I'd like to say , I can't wait to go back again but having a broken windshield isn't that great. This place is a winner. I appreciate the work that went into creating the great experience Thank you !

Chose this shop over a closer one because of better reviews. The manager, Tom, called me to set things up and he was nice to talk to. My service was on Tue 03/09 for an OEM windshield replacement. Tom called me the Friday prior 03/05 and told me the windshield was in and I was good to go. He said he sent me an email stating I would owe $100 deductible (which we had previously discussed) and an additional $220 for an OEM price difference. Tom said to ignore the extra $220 as insurance would cover the OEM windshield and he hasn't seen it denied. On Tue 03/09 I went to the shop and the rep there told me I owed $320 and the OEM windshield had been denied. I told him I spoke to Tom and it should be all set. The rep said to call my insurance and asked what I wanted to do. I told him I was already here and didnt have much choice so I asked them to do the work. After the work was done, I spoke with Patrick (rep) and told him I was a little upset that no one called me from Fri (03/05) to Tue (03/09) to tell me the claim had been denied. Patrick said he didnt know why I wasnt notified and again told me to call my insurance (which I did) and asked me to do a survey. I asked Patrick to have Tom reach out to me. It is now 03/15 and I have not heard back from anyone. The windshield looks great and I know the price difference itself isnt that fault of Safelite but I should have been notified the OEM claim was denied and should have received a follow up call.

I arrived 1/2 hour before my appointment and they serviced my vehicle after a short wait. An hour later I left with a brand new, beautifully clear windshield! The employees were super professional and nice to deal with. I initially called a place in Brattleboro and the woman wanted me to drop off my car at 8:30 and pick it up at 5:00! No way! It was well worth the extra 1/2 hour to drive to Keene to Safelite!

I especially like their technique of removing the glass that doesn't scratch the pinch welds preventing rust coming through later. I own an autobody shop so I've seen it all

I went through my insurance to make my appointment, they said it would cost $175 to fill a large dent/chip. When I arrived safelite told me it’d only be $50 and take half an hour to fix. All in all I had my car back in less than half an hour and it only cost me $40. They also replaced all my windshield wipers for free. Best experience I’ve had, highly recommend safelite in Keene!

A "system glitch" informed me my visit would be $0. I was called before my appointment "because the technician couldn't show." I was more than happy to reschedule. I was then sent an email which I thought was just conformation the time had change. APPARENTLY, they used this email to also write in they would be increasing my price to $260. They also added a COVID fee of $10 we were unaware of. As many are feeling right now, extra money is not really in our pockets. We were not aware what the price was to be until after the service was performed. It seems as though someone did realize the "system glitch" and tried to pull one over us. After several frustrating phone calls with safelite and progressive, I have lost contact with safelite. I will be posting this wherever I can and telling whomever I can about this awful, screwing experience I received.
