Best tire store experience I've had! I mistakenly purchased snow wheels on Facebook, believing, the bolt pattern reported in the ad, only to find they were not a match for my SUV. Kevin, the store manager, worked out a fabulous deal for me to get the tires I wanted ALONG with new steel snow wheels, lugs, and TPMS sensors. Thank you Kevin! I applaud you on your customer service excellence as well as your leadership in mentoring those working for you in your shop. Leadership by example! You've got my business on everything tire from here on out!

Let me say that this is the best place on the planet to buy tires if you're looking! The Keene store manager, Kevin, is easy going, very professional, excellent to work with and just plain down to earth. It shows that he cares about his staff. The bottom line of the business is of utmost importance. If you walk in, he sees to it that you are happy, no matter the case. He will make your experience a positive one and will work with you to help you with your needs. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Heather, one of Kevins most valuable employees. Heather knows her stuff. She talks to you as if you are her mom or sister or family. She wants what's best for both you and your vehicle. She is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. She goes above and beyond. She has been with the company for many years, and it shows. Thank you, Heather and Kevin, both for what you do. I have been coming to your location for years! I am so happy to say I consider you guys like my family. Thank you, thank you, thank you for allowing me to travel in confidence! See you in 500 miles for my next re-torque! We purchased new tires, it is rare that I would ever describe this as an exceptional experience, but it was. Kevin Moriarty was amazing in explaining everything so that we could fully understand everything in order to make a good decision.

I went there to have tires mounted and balanced, when went back to pick them up a tire had chunk taken out of it (they told me it was like that already as I supplied the tires. I let it slide) I then realized there were no wheel weights or balancing beads as I requested.
I brought everything back and was told that balance beads were now put in the rear wheels and weights on the front (not what I asked for or wanted but will work)
however in the process I now have scratches and burrs all around my wheels.
A tech took pictures and said they would reach out to correct this but I have heard nothing from the shop
And now again I removed the rear wheels and I still do not have balance beads inside of them! This is very disappointing and I will not be returning.
My wheels are dirty however you can see in all the pictures that the damage was fresh, I’m not a very picky person however this really was a poor experience and I would take lots of before and after photos before taking anything here

My fiancée and I were in Keene for the weekend on business and while driving up we had an issue with her car where it wasn’t displaying tire pressure for any of the tires. We brought it to Town Fair in Keene and when we arrived we were assisted immediately and were told that they could take us right away even though we did not have an appointment. We were unable to locate her tire lock key and staff removed the tire, changed the pressure sensors, replaced the lock lug nuts, gave us a new key, and had us out the door in less than an hour. I’ve been to Town Fair Tire’s all over New England and could not believe the level of service we received. My only fault was not getting all of the employee’s names who assisted us to praise them more; if you’re in the area and need new tires go to Town Fair in Keene, you will not be disappointed.

Every time I come to Town Fair Tire the folks are very attentive and respectful. I always trust what they are going to with my vehicle, and they tell it to me how it is.
