They can’t even assist their customers and the rental computer timed out and they didn’t think to get a copy of a drivers license then shed info when done as to not inconvenience their customers!

I bought my F150 from here during the COVID-19 shortage era. The experience wasn’t unique, but it was straightforward and honest. If I buy another Ford, it’ll almost certainly be from here.
Their service department is fantastic! We bring our Ford and our Jeep to NCF for just about everything. Pricing always seems fair and honest. Moreover, Deb and the team make it super easy with text updates and vehicle delivery to work/home here in town.
From the shop to ownership, a friendly face is always ready to help. I'm happy they are our local in-town dealer!

We recently purchased a 2023 F250 from North County Ford and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
First, the truck was very reasonably priced especially for this particular model. I did quite a bit of research and it was hard to find a better value.
Second, they did not start off by undervaluing our trade. In my experience, 90% of the time the dealerships will come back with some insulting lowball offer on the trade and then use that as their negotiation chip. That was not the case here. They came back well within the median expected range for my trade.
Lastly, our sales person Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely zero pressure. No tricks. No gimmicks.
In all my years of buying vehicles it was the first time I did not feel like I was getting taking advantage of somewhere.
Again, overall very satisfied and very impressed!

The service department likes to mislead their customers. Turn around time on repairs is lengthy. Vehicles are extremely overpriced compared to other dealerships. Did I mention, the vehicles are extremely overpriced?

I found the perfect f250 here before pictures were even posted online. After a video, and detailed conversation, it had to be mine. I flew into Burlington, VT and was met with the freshly-washed truck, paperwork, a cup of hot cocoa, and even a full tank of diesel to start my long ride back to Chicago. I couldn't be happier - and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Truly refreshing after regularly dealing with the fools at Chicago dealers.

Unfortunately wasn't able to get car work done due to them not excepting a warranty that I have with my financed vehicle. So unless you pay full cash or have original warrenty with brand new car they will not work with another warranty company. Luckily other bigger dealerships are very willing to accommodate and work with people with limited budget and that have a warranty they pay for. (My warrenty states that I can bring it to any licensed dealership and they will take care of my repairs) guess just not this dealership.

North Country Ford Is the best Ford Dealership in sales and service! We stopped by to check with the sales staff on vehicle pricing and fell in love with a new Outer Banks Ford Bronco on the lot. The sales staff went over and above in making our sales and service experience a fast, informative and no pressure experience to put us in our new vehicle.
