Awesome historical hotel. Beautiful! Hotel rooms were clean and charming, bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Shared decks/porches on the upper floors. Walking distance to everything.

Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. The shower was lukewarm & barely had any water. But it’s a quaint historic inn in a great location.

I literally had one of the nicest front desk ladies check me in. Made the process super easy. She was awesome! I’m pretty sure her name was Leigha.

A beautiful and historic hotel located in the middle of downtown Littleton. My wife and I love to stay here when visiting town for arts and music festivals. Its an older hotel, but has a comfy atmosphere, and they've done a good job updating the rooms for modern comfort. Definitely the best stay in the area.

Friendly Staff and a great location if you want to eat good local food and walk down to the river for a swim or picnic

We just love Thayer's Inn. The hotel is quaint & charming and it's in a great location. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. But the people here are really special.
Everyone at the hotel is so kind, friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Cat and Amy who made us feel truly welcome and a part of the family.
We'll keep coming back to Thayer's whenever we're in town.

Our interaction with the staff was great. The location is good but the parking is not great. The hotel was amazing at one time, but it is in need of a major overhaul inside and out. The furniture is old and dated, the tvs were not working while we were there due to a network issue and there were bugs in one of our rooms. The building has settled due to its age, and the floors are severely slanted. It needs a major overhaul...or leveling.

The location was good to go hiking and to walk around the small town. Staff were nice, make sure to ask exactly where to park because it wasn't clear and we almost left our car in the wrong area for the night. The breakfast available was just prepackaged muffins and cakes. The room itself was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. However the bathroom floor looked like it had not been even swept in a long time and all of the curtains were dirty. The worst part though was the overwhelming cleaning product smell that seemed to be in the whole building. We were not expecting a luxurious stay as this is a historical inn, however due to the cleanliness and the smell, we would likely stay somewhere else next time even if more expensive.

Making it a 3-night minimum is literally keeping me from coming to Littleton! Way to block visitors! There's no other place in town to stay so cancelled my plans to go to Oktoberfest at Schilling altogether. If you're trying to keep far away visitors from coming to Littleton, you're succeeding!

Historic hotel with very limited modern updates but a perfect place to stay in Littleton, Maine. Ammonoosuc River runs just behind the hotel. Rooms are small, self-serve breakfast--coffee, yogurt, variety of prepackaged cookies, coffee cake, pop tarts, etc.

Built in 1843, this Inn has many stories to tell! The rooms are small but well furnished. The water pressure (and timing to hot water) were less than desired but understandable in this very old building. The beds were comfortable, they have family suites that are connected rooms. We enjoyed sunset on the patio overlooking the river. Public Chargepoint level 2 charger on location. You are a short walk from Shilling Brewpub, coffee shops, Chutters famous candy shop, and more. I will definitely stay here again!
