They have unprofessional security practices. I was the victim of fraud, which showed their poor security practices. I wouldn't keep my money here. After the fraud, they made getting help a nightmare.

Very good about asking if you want a balance, they're good about giving you what is asked of them and if you have questions they're really good about answering them. The only nitpick I have is when your card expires it would be nice if someone would give you a call to tell you a new one has been sent. Other than that they are a 5 star bank!

The customer service here is such a pleasant experience. I've worked with most of the local banks and Woodsville Guaranty is the best. The people are friendly and extremely helpful.
