Had the guys come over for a backed up septic system. They answered their phone early in the am and by 930 I had a team out here working away to resolve the problem. When I initially called Greg I was so worried I wouldn’t get my septic tank pumped for another month because of other companies booking out months in advance. A few friends recommended him and I completely get why! Not only did Greg answer in a timely manner and answer all my questions and taught me a lot about septic tanks, he saved me money by giving me advice! Donny came to pump my tank so quickly and efficiently and was extremely friendly, kind and made my very curious five year olds day! Thank you guys for being such an awesome local company and keeping this family’s mind at ease. We will for sure be using these guys for all our future needs! Thanks again guys!!!

Prompt service, great guys! These guys were referred to us when we needed the sewer pumped. When our sewer was pumped, technician discover 1. A Root ball and 2. Broken baffle. They took the time to extricate the root ball. Our baffle issue was complicated (because our system is ancient). His solution was innovative based on experience and knowledge. We had need of an emergency pumping of our septic system(PSA BABY WIPES ARE NOT FLUSHABLE NO MATTER WHAT IT SAYS ON THE PACKAGE)at 9 PM on a Sunday night. Brunt Septic Pumping was at our house by 10:30!Professional knowledgeable reasonable and prompt!!Who could ask for more?

Greg answered the phone on the weekend, was at the house within hours and fixed the issue within minutes. The previous owner failed to secure the septic pump buoy properly and a few zip ties later, the alarm is off and we are back in business. I love the fact that he didn't break the bank on a simple job, took the time to explain the issue with us looking over his shoulder and we were able to help a local business in the time of COVID.
