The most blatent abuses of the public's trust Ive ever been subjected to from a tax funded employee. The Post Master himself along with his assistant in both Nashua and Milford, not only withhold people's mail that they dont like, they encourage the behavior with employees in both post offices as well as the mail processing building in Milford. And if you complain, they will tell you to your face there's not a damn thing you can do about it. So do yourself a huge service and stay far away from anything to do with Milford or Nashua post offices. The same circle of rude ingrates run both offices like cringe thugs. A serious disturbing lack of integrity and even worse...ZERO accountability. If you are doing business with them, dont expect any mail or voting integrity thru either of these offices either. They fully believe in abusing the people they dont like in the community and they fear no consequences for their actions. Please save yourself the painful head aches of dealing with these rude ego centric unstable unprofessional staff. The drive to the next closest town will be well worth the investment in your time, your privacy and your money, I promise you.People who have no personal integrity or any developed awareness of how much they are being counted on shouldnt be in positions that demand that level of integrity and sense of conscience towards their duties. Especially when they are funded by the tax payers. Shame on you Milford and Nashua.

I was home all day and their dumb mail guy knows I live here and completely said there was no one here. I had to chase him down and he comes telling me he’s not familiar with my last name, and told me I had to pick it up, waste of timeeeeeeee

I had a package that needed to be signed for. I was home ALL DAY! I saw her come into my apt. bldg., yet she made NO attempt at ringing my doorbell to come down and sign and just left a ticket to pick up the package the following day. Talk about ducking LAZY!!!

Without fail, I have never in the 5 years that I've lived in my apartment received any package sent to me through USPS. Not a single one. All other mail carriers have reached me without fail, be it UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc, but USPS is the only mail service that has been consistent in never delivering a single package to me. It's also never successfully delivered any packages or letters that I've sent through them either. If there was a way to stop all online purchases and gifts being sent to me from using USPS, I would take that option in a heartbeat because of how reliably unreliable they are. I advise everyone to avoid USPS whenever possible.

I called to ask if they could deliver a package a little earlier in the day, and 10 minutes later it was here!

So, I had a package set to be delivered today - I got a text notification saying it was instead at the local USPS office and only available for pick up. There was also a note on our main entrance stating that all mail and parcel will be held.I went and picked up my package, which was a small room with a lot of other people - not exactly safe.I called in, and after about an hour of battling with automated pre-recordings I was able to contact someone who stated the following:Your carrier does not feel safe delivering to Milford Trails (New Hampshire) because your post-room is not ventilated and requires close contact with other people. This is not true, it's an open room and the main entrance door is there, which the postman usually props open anyway. They are forcing everyone, including the elderly to drive out to a common ground and all meet in a small room to pick up their mail - since the CDC has no indication that the virus is traveling through mail, even as stated in the pre-recorded message that I had to listen to when calling, but DOES advise against gatherings of people, this just seems the opposite of safe.Is this legal?

Not really a post office, just a package pickup location.

Even though you can clearly hear someone is on the other side of the door, no one will come answer the doorbell no matter how many times you rang or how long you waited. Why can’t they just deliver the packages?

Went to pick up my package held here. Rang the doorbell for service...twice, waited 10 min and no one came to the door. I could hear voices in the back. Very annoying. Will now be super late to work AND I didn't get my package. Waste of my time
