The Edgewood Inn was perfect for our stay and the staff we encountered couldn't have been nicer. Lisa was extra helpful and keeps the place immaculate! The bartenders on duty Th & Fr night were so welcoming, even though we arrived close to closing time. Won't look anywhere else but here next time we're in town!

Perfect stay in New London. We were very happy with the hotel and the restaurant as well. Very convenient to walk downstairs and have PC’s right there to get some food and a drink!

The inn was about 20 minutes from Sunapee, perfect distance after a long day! We got a code that morning for easy check in. The room and bathroom were big, bright and airy, and spotless! Beds were comfortable. Having the tavern downstairs was a bonus! The food and service were great! Thank you for a nice stay!

We have stayed at this place about 8 different times. Great location for skiing at Ragged, rooms are beautiful and cozy and the restaurant downstairs is perfect. We love the Edgewood Inn.

Beautiful property and very nice looking room, but certain elements of the customer experience were a bit lacking:
1. They don’t have anyone working at the hotel after 9pm and tell you that if you need assistance after that time, your only option is to call 911. They do contactless check-in after 9pm, but I had to call and email them to get my room number and check-in code, which they hadn’t sent to me ahead of time. If I hadn’t gone out of my way to contact them for my room information, I would have arrived at 10pm with no way to get into the hotel or contact anyone about it.
2. The heating in our room didn’t really work; we turned it way up when we arrived because it was freezing, but still woke up shivering in our beds. The bedding only consists of a sheet and very lightweight blanket, no duvet or anything similar; I could see that being sufficient in a tropical destination, but was not heavy enough for New Hampshire.
3. They left a Keurig machine in the room, but did not put any coffee pods next to it.
While the property is beautiful, we were hoping there would be more thought put into the guest experience given the price.

I took my wife away for a long weekend and enjoyed this little amazing inn and ate at the restaurant located on the property as well. Our room was comparable to any luxury hotel, the restaurant served great food and drinks, and the location was perfect for our day trips around southern New Hampshire. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We stayed in a 2 br, 2 story “apartment” above the restaurant (which was excellent as well!).
Unit was clean, spacious, quiet and very well appointed!

We were there to spend time with our daughter at Colby-Sawyer College. The location is great for walking downtown New London and nearby trails and close to the college. Great places to eat nearby including Peter Christian’s Tavern. Clean spacious room. We stayed in a King Suite, very comfortable bed, would have loved a couple more pillows to sleep. Did not affect are stay but would have liked to have a full length mirror and a hook for towels closer to the shower. But overall we loved our stay and will look to stay here again the future. It has been our favorite place we have stayed in New London when visiting our daughter.

This is an amazing accommodation in New London. The rooms conveniently sit above a restaurant & pub serving delicious food & beverages. The recently refurbished rooms are meticulously clean with great beds & linens. The modern bathroom is bright with a shower & tub.
All correspondence & check in instructions are done online - there is no innkeeper on site. Extremely streamlined & efficient process. Thank you! We will return!
