Very fast and friendly manager helped me transition to my new iPhone. Was patient with me as I asked questions. Offered me their deal on accessories which I gladly took. Overall very pleasant experience. Better experience than walking into Apple. I wanted a new color phone and it came very fast.

I had really bad experience at this location (almost all of my previous visits) so much so I had promised myself not to go back to this same location. I needed a service and had to go back (reluctantly) I visited this location last Sunday. Wow! what a different experience this time around. Really amazing service, cool staff and The manager was super helpful. The whole experience beyond excellent, Kudos!! Already recommended to a friend and he will be stopping by soon!. Keep Up the Good work!!.

Tatiana was amazing. I was totally stressed out as my phone had ceased to work. Tatiana got me a brand new Samsung S22 plus and I actually ended up paying less monthly. I returned a couple days later after I'd received the phone and Tatiana went way above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me get everything set up. My Bluetooth was giving me a problem and she quickly resolved that as well. I use my phone for work as well and she made sure that all of the applications that were important we're working properly. 5 stars for you young lady thank you.

I just had the pleasure of being assisted by Randy in the Salem, NH AT&T Store. Randy helped me solve a number of problems I was having with one of my phones and with questions I had about my account. He resolved all of my problems and answered all of my questions. Randy was totally professional and friendly at all times and is an asset to AT&T. I will always remember the great customer service I received from Randy.

My experience in activating my new iPhone at the AT&T Company store in Rockingham Park Mall in New Hampshire was flawless. I was nervous about going from my iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11, but the manager of the store, Michael, was great. He did everything that had to be done to activate the new phone and was very patient with me as l learned how to operate this very upgraded phone. Michael answered my questions and was extremely supportive the whole time. He will definitely be my “go to” person if help is needed.

They seem nice and everything seemed to go smoothly when I got off my dad’s phone plan to have my own plan and pay my own bill. But Ive been paying for two phone lines for almost 6 months and when I asked about it after a month they said that I was paying off my phone and that the “extra line” was really just a charge for the new phone. I went to another at&t and called their customer service and they both said I was paying an extra $65 for two phone lines plus the payment for the new phone. But this at&t store swears that they didn’t do anything wrong and neither them nor the customer service support will give me back the extra money Ive been paying for this unauthorized phone line. And they want to charge me to cancel my phone plan even though they basically scammed me into paying for an extra phone line that I never authorized.

Xavier was EXTREMELY helpful! Knows his stuff and his customer service skills are excellent! I could not have been happier with the level of service he provided me with. I wish every store had an employee like him. I would encourage anyone who goes to this store to ask for Xavier!

My consultant Andraya was incredible. From the moment we started chatting about what I came in for until the transaction was completed she was extremely helpful, educated on the products, and professional but funny as well. We laughed throughout the process and I walked out with a better plan and an amazing birthday gift for my wife.

Randy (the manager) is a very nice person, im so glad he was able to help me out when a very rude lady that works there didn’t help me at all. Randy was the opposite, he helped me purchased a iPhone and stayed with me the whole process. Best manager!

Avoid AT&T at all costs. They have horrible cell service and their customer support is atrocious, they manipulate your bank account and lie about helping you. I was told I was getting a credit to my account when in fact they just put the money back into my billing cycle and did not credit my account at all and when I called customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I was going to have to pay twice the amount due the following month or they would cancel my service very nice of them to threaten me.
