I was helped by a young man named Brian recently at your location in Salem NH. He was extremely helpful and made sure to go above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I told him before he left that he should be running the store because of how helpful he was. If you need to visit at&ts location in Salem for any reason, make sure to look for this kid

I had a great experience at the AT+T store in Salem NH. My phone had frozen and I couldn’t unlock it. I took my phone to the store and a very friendly Brian fixed the problem in .2 seconds and showed me what to do if it happened again. Great customer service, Brian!!

I was a faithful consumer of Verizon for over 20 years, until their prices skyrocketed and their service suffered, I then jumped to T-Mobile as they promised better prices, service etc etc, The only thing I ever received from that company was ignorance, empty promises and a migraine. Both my Fiancee and my employment offered a nice discount to switch to AT&T and that was all I needed to finally switch over. After applying online and being approved, I was instantly canceled with no reasoning. I was literally approved, declined , and canceled so many times and they ran my credit over 10 times, that I now had fraud involved. Who the women I spoke to was extremely vague and rude. I was abruptly told to call the credit bureau and figure it out myself. I was at my wits end and stuck with a carrier I truly disliked. My fiancee also applied 3 times and AT&T went ghost. Once we arrived at Rockingham, we met Brian, this young man was extremely thorough , patient , knowledgable and helpful. This one man did the work of about 20 AT&T employees that we had previously dealt with. Seemed we kept hitting roadblocks until we met him! He is exceptional and a HUGE asset to AT&T . He literally saw our stress and I believe asked about 5 questions and we walked out with brand new iPhones AND I watches. We laughed , showed off pics of our families and I forgot why I had a issue in the first place. His co-workers were also the friendliest and most knowledgeable I have spoken with in my young 51 years of existence ! Brian, Berto and their supervisor were simply amazing ! We waited wayyy to long to switch carriers and cannot thank him enough for making one of my worst days ever , I mean ever , a relaxing evening and restored my faith in humanity ! I will NEVER deal with ANYONE else and have already recommended him , them & the Rockingham store to many! Keep it up ! and take care of those beautiful babies of yours! PS, Mr Manager , next time , I’ll answer your call for ya! Lol Mucho Mucho Gracious!Ps- Let me know when that gorgeous Navy jacket is available for me to pick up ! It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at a AT&T. We were helped by the Manager at that time on 11/18/23 at 5:30 ish Pm. They were very busy and he still managed to insure we were helped and got everything we needed. (Terrible at remembering names) but I just want to thank him again.

This was an interesting experience. This guy was great he helped me activate an old phone after my phone got stolen the night before. They pushed having insurance when buying a new phone. But he knew that the insurance would not have helped me in my current situation.If you have a phone that gets stolen and you claim it on insurance the only thing they can do is mail you a new phone. I was traveling that night for the weekend and could not wait for a phone. The only thing these stores can do for you that you can't do for yourself online is get a SIM card on the spot. You only need a SIM card if you have an old phone like I did in my situation.

Called the store to see if the phone is stock. They said yes. When I came in 1 hour driving from boston, they have none. Total waste of time and money.
