Katrina at the AT&T in Bayonne, NJ provided the most excellent service I've received from AT&T in the 2+ years I've been a patron. I appreciated her patience, kindness, and help to resolve my problem. She did not make me feel rushed, or unimportant, and did not try to swindle me financially, and I have not been able to say that about other locations. The other male employee was kind as well. Katrina’s customer service has surpassed plenty of other managers I’ve encountered, and she deserves a substantial raise.

they are very nice in the store and helpful , but they added a lot of charges while upgrading and trade in my old phone ,that I had to go through many calls with customer service to clear it.also in the trade in it toke AT&T 5 month to find the old phone I return ,so am not sure who did this mistake. been 5 month and until now didn't receive my credit yetAT&T customer service is disaster .

I stopped at this satellite store to get an Apple Watch. My new job down the street does not allow cell phones to be used on site but there is no regulations on watches! They had none on display and when I asked if they had one in stock, the guy asked if I am paying in cash? WTF..... I told him I wanted to add it to my account. He said he could have one in a week or two. Also to figure out what I want and come back to order it.This is no where near the level of customer service I pay AT&T for!

Company lies to you about fees and insurance being added on. First bill not correct nether is the 3rd after promised credits. Hard place to do business with.

Katrina was the sales associate who helped us and she was very thorough and helped us get the best deal for our family. Ended up with a new line and 3 new iPhones! You rarely find an associate who'd go beyond. She's a true gem!

I must say my experience at the Bayonne location was the best by far. Thanks to Sterling who was SUPER helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me transfer all my valuable pictures, apps and emails to my new phone. I had called customer service and gave him a raving review months ago. I hope he was recognized for his hard work and amazing customer service.

I got a terrible experience from this store, they deserve a 0 star if I can make. I went in to upgrade my iPhone today and the store employee refused to sell me the phone unless I added insurance. This is against FCC guidelines regarding forcing me to buy insurance. People are so unprofessional there.
