Super easy to book appointments online, great availability, and Precision kept me updated on when to expect someone to come out. The tech Matt was fantastic, professional, and courteous. He did his inspection, then gave me several different quotes for short, medium and long-term services, which I thought was really great.
Had no surprises at all, and everything went smoothly. When Matt was done he showed me his work and had me test everything out, then addressed my questions. Overall great experience.

Xavi was fantastic. He installed a new motor and connected it to my phone, set up the remote, and the keypad. On time, great communication, quick and thorough job. It only took 40 minutes. Would recommend!!
