My son & I went in to fix the spring on his metal watch band. They were able to fix it while we waited. He also replaced the battery and cleaned my wedding ring all for a fair price. The owner did a great job, and didn't give up when it became difficult to find the right spring. While we were there several customers came in and out which let me know this is a well trusted jeweler.

Very unfair when you bring your jewelry to sell but wanna charge you an arm and leg for something less quality and smaller dimond.

I can't believe he gave me 15 oz when the spot price was 22.80 for silver. They kicked you when you were down. I need the money to feed my baby, and now I don't even have enough to buy formula thanks for nothing

I was here a couple times to sell gold and it was a great experience!I will be back again. If you're looking for good jewelry this is the best local place. Nice selection of stuff.

This place is awful.i would give zero stars if I could. They don't answer the phone or the door. I waited 30 minutes outside and never was responded to.

This family owned store is very amazing. The father and son in law team that helped me today were absolutely top notch, and helped me to find a ring when i wasnt sure that i would be able to with my small budget. The atmosphere was very pleasant, i made friends with another customer (she said she has only bought from here for the last 42 years,) and all in all was just a really pleasant experience. I cant wait to present this ring to my girlfriend

Al was great! We wanted to create a set made from the rings from our 1st marriages. I had an idea of what i wanted. Al brought it to life and i cant be happier! My fiance is super happy with the final product as well as the cost!

Beautiful store great service and above all a welcoming atmosphere the location is a bit bad for this store as it is hidden behind an old gas station and it doesn't stand out that much and it's selection of inventory could be a bit expanded with the opportunity of using unoccupied space the store is kept clean and the staff/owner are always happy to help and do what it takes to accommodate your needs so find this hidden gem and stop inside for your next piece of jewelry and be just as amazed I was when I walked into there little slice of heaven

Just stopped in today and bought a very nice Gold chain and crucifix, Was treated above and beyond and was very well taken care of , Very very nice quality and selection ,more then helpful top notch jewelers I couldn’t be more pleased will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend, It’s rare to find a jeweler /jewelry store like this..Thank you again for all the help and great quality chain and crucifix! I will definitely be returning for more!

I just visited Kotter Mund Jewelers in Bellmawr for some advice on a jewelry purchase in considering as I'm not in the "know" about what is fashionable and was impressed at how extremely helpful they were.
