I am absolutely impressed by Alyssa Toni at the bridgewater their customer service skills were amazing. I went to the store 2 days in a row had issues with my phone pulling up,photos. Both ladies were so professional but more they were kind and patient with me. They absolutely made my day and made me so happy I got the candles with the photos I really wanted r family and friendsThe only disappointment I have is I can’t pull up the website I was given on my receipt to thank them.

All the staff in the store are very helpful, friendly and cheerful, Natalie, Alena and Jen. I would recommend this store.

Absolute terrible treatment of customers. I do not recommend coming to this store. I didn’t get her name but she was very rude. Not worth it at all.

If you can imagine wax, in different shapes, of different colors, and mixed with hundreds of smells, - this shop is all about it, and not only :)

The reason I had a horrible experience today visiting one of my favorite stores is because of the treatment I received. The sales associate John reprimand me for smelling a candle and told me anything I touched and didn’t buy to throw it in the basket. Apparently I was the only customer who those rules applied to. Each person who entered the store touched everything while I was shopping were not informed of any rules or treated rudely.

There is a woman named Kim who works here who is being remarkably helpful! I am designing the table centerpieces for my son's wedding. She went to the storage shed twice to search for items I needed. She texted me pictures. She called other stores (as did the King of Prussia store). She is out to satisfy me!!
