Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment. Arrived on time and someone else was in the chair. Then they started offering lame excuses etc. I specifically scheduled with one tech and she brushed me off. Disgusting service.

Let me start by saying, I love the ladies at Diva Nails. Last Monday 6/2, I walked in, and the young lady I believed to be in charge asked if I could wait. I had no problem waiting, I was a walk in. My problem was the young lady failed to inform me she had two appointments when she asked if I could wait. They was another lady working doing nails & a pedicure. She let me sit for over an hour. I finally made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived the following day for my appointment she hadn't informed the young lady that she had scheduled an appointment for her. The young lady was so kind and apologized for the previous day, which I explained to her she had no reason to apologize, because she was busy with another customer the previous day when I arrived. I'm writing because I felt disrespected of my time. As a business if your busy with other customers you should say as much. I felt like she didn't care about my time, so inconsiderate & unprofessional. Just wanted to make money. Shamefulš

I had the most amazing experience at Diva Nails in Burlington. The staff was welcoming and professional, creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Vina was absolutely fantasticāattentive, skilled, and detail-oriented. They listened to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked perfect.
The selection of nail colors and designs was impressive, and the quality of the products they used was evident in the long-lasting finish.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch nail care.

The only place to go to get your nails done around here. Everywhere else is absolute trash, trust me Iāve tried them all. This place is the best and it doesnāt matter who you go to, theyāre all good. And respectful.

Got nail fungus because they didnāt take a over lay off when they should of Iām so disappointed with them been going there over 10 years also the pedicure I got was not done with sanitized tools just some alcohol with sprayed on one tool didnāt even get a sorry this happened to you have medical problems already now I got to take a pill for I donāt know how long they costed me another $55 in doctor visits and another 40 in medicines was never told a overlay could lift up and water could get itt there or I would of never got it to begin with in was put on for a nail that was breaking I have natural nails

I love this place. It does give a back-in-the-day salon vibe but the customer service is wonderful with many nail color and options to choose from. The owner is personable in that she takes time to cater to her customers.

Very nice gel manicure. They clean your nails quick and paint really nice. Minimal to no bubbling! They have a nice array of color options as well. Iāve visited 3x already and have been satisfied each time.

Iāve been going to this place for almost 2 years. They rush the service your are getting to get another client. Cold water for my pedi, not even 8 minutes on my pedi she was done. I told her I did not like one of the nails and asked to fix it. She said not cuz she has more clients. I paid 96 in total to go to another salon and fix my toes.Services: Nail art

I called and asked if there was availability for what I needed. I was told to come on over. Walked in nobody said anything and all nail techs were busy. People came in and were seen before us I guess with appointments. Me and my daughter waited almost an hour and nobody seen us. One lady was willing to reschedule her appointment since she saw us waiting and the lady was like oh no someone else will take them. Ultimately waiting with a 4 year old for an hour got to be too much. We left. This place was way better before they did appointments. We went down the street, paid more. But was seen as soon as we walked in.

Way too high! I got a French gel refill and it was $60. And they only fixed 1 nail and Thatās way too high. Never paid that much for a refill. And my nails didnāt look the best. I wonāt be back.
