Love this location! They are always knowledgeable and great customer service! Few days ago I went to get color correction that the salon professional made my virgin light brown hair (with some gray) dark brown/black on my light skin tone. The store associate was very attentive despite multi tasking (she was the only one at that time). I explained my story and showed before pictures. She suggested Iroiro Color Remover. I couldn’t believe how simple the process was, no harsh smell and most of all, it worked! It lighten it enough to make me satisfied. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I really appreciated her assistance.

Great little beauty supply store with lots of basics +. Shampoos, conditioners, colors, treatments and tools for all your hair needs at reasonable prices. A very small and limited makeup and nail care section. I can't recommend the make up section at all really. I would rely on your own guidance and judgement on your product choices.

Ordered a product online for in store pickup turned out to be the wrong item so I decided to exchange it for something else so the sales girl decided to catch an attitude because of my decision as if she was the one spending her money. I'm definitely not shopping here again. Sales representative arr supposed to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated. Not give them disgusting attitude when you're spending your money at their store.

I regret to say this. I am a permanent customer of the Clifton branch. The employee in charge of opening the shop is very angry and deals with the customer rudely. I do not recommend dealing with them.

I ordered online and came early to pick up my things I was greeted nicely. Young lady who was working there was already picking out my stuff and was very nice manager who was there was very nice. Loved my experience here. Will recommend.

I bought several things including hair scissors that I went back to return. Well, a "free gift" was listed on my receipt which I NEVER EVER received forcing the price down $13. After a call to the manager there was still no way to adjust the price to what I paid so I had to get a store credit. Super annoying because I don't shop here normally. This location is a small version of the Sally Beauty stores. Limited products. The only thing going for it : great parking

Customer service is non existent... attempted to shop at the route 46 store in clifton.I was completely ignored even though the item I was shopping for was positioned at the register with two(2) sales persons at the registers.. one was absorbed with using the tablet worrying whether or not she signed in to work.. the other simply ignored my presence... maybe the company should go to self check out or vending machines... at least they are responsive.

I went to the sally’s Clifton, NJ location today. I got there at 3:15 there was a sign in the window that said “we’ll be back at 3:40”. I was very disappointed and wasn’t aware that business such as sally’s Did such a thing. Also, every time I go to the clifton location for products they never have what I want. When I want to buy a whole line of hair products and there’s only 2/3 out of 4/5 of the lime available it’s annoying. And then to be told to go to another sally’s location is upsetting. I will not be visiting that location again and probably won’t continue to be a customer of sally’s.
