I booked an appointment with Ashley and she was nothing but the sweetest. I came in without much of a plan other than two pictures and “Bronde” as an inspiration. She gave me a couple of suggestions and I walked out feeling so great about myself I actually cried lol. I very thankful to this team ❤️. I’ll be definitely coming back :)

great at taking last minute SOS appointments! very friendly makes you feel like your a part of their family. i get my haircut every month and they manage to squeeze me in with my last minute requests.

I had the best experience with Jaden! She gave me a back facial and it was absolutely amazing, so relaxing and refreshing. Jaden is super sweet, makes you feel comfortable right away, and takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a calming vibe. I left feeling like a brand new person. Highly recommend booking with her—you’ll be in the best hands!

Strongly recommend!!! I usually don't do anything to my hair because I'm afraid to mess it up, but the staff at the Hair Spa was great and guided me through what to do and not to do to my hair. I got a balayage, and it came out great. The tone was perfect, and the transition is seamless. The owner also helped me understand what's the best way to take care of my hair and what products to use. She's always there whenever I have any doubts about products. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

It used to be good.. but lately it’s a hit or miss. I vent for a root touchup and since it was last appointment i was hurried up, they didn’t even want to dry my hair fully. And then when i came back i leaned on my couch and noticed black stains on my cushion!! I touched the back of scalp and color from the scalp came on my finger so basically the shampoo after color wasn’t done properly and there was still a lot of color left. I was so displeased. I went back. It was raining and really cold that day I still went back, the salon was closed. I wrote them an email next day and they just responded with a sorry on the email and saying they will talk to the girl who shampooed but I think even if they were a teaching salon the main stylist should have checked if the service was done properly specially when they charge extra for an experienced stylist, it felt like negligence and rushed service. I was not feeling well that day, and after that I had to wash my hair again at 9 PM on a very cold day, only because they didn’t do it properly.. i had an early morning flight next day and this totally ruined my mood. I expected them to offer me some refund at least to make up for this negligence ..but no.. I had left 40% tip as well. Nothing like that not even a call from them for apologizing properly when i was an old customer.. This experience left such a bad taste in mouth, the color also stained my nails before my hawaii trip. I’m not going back

I absolutely LOVE The Hair Spa. It is so clean and the owner Joyce is an absolute DOLL and all of the stylists are amazing especially my girl Kristen! She is patient, honest and always gives expert advice. I have referred my mom and my aunt and I bring my teenage daughters. I will not go anywhere else!

I was referred by a friend at work originally. My experience was nothing but positive. Very relaxed atmosphere, felt like I was at home. The staff was super friendly and courteous.
My haircut was done "right" and my connection with the beautician was extraordinary.
I strongly recommend this beauty salon for the whole family.

Lisa is my hair stylist and she is fantastic. Recently she has started to do my husband hair and beard and he look great after she is done. She listens to the client, and does beautiful work.
