Fanelle's provides quick and courteous service. I have taken my car here a few times now. Rene upfront is on top of things and will accommodate you the best she can. The mechanics do good work and don't mind explaining my car troubles to me in words I can understand. Thank you!

This place is amazing. I had a check engine light and my mechanic couldn't see me for 3 WEEKS. I am moving before then and was freaking out. The woman at the desk was very helpful and calmed me down.My car was fixed in 2 days for about $200 less than the estimate. I felt very taken care of. If I wasn't moving, I would take my car here forever.

Towing service is fine if not excellent, but their auto shop and customer service to me was awful. They removed my transmission with out asking me or updating me about which is the worst thing, but they also tried to sell me a $1700 clutch job, but early I told them the clutch wasn't slipping and that something else must be keeping it from going into gear. I was hoping theyd bleed the clutch line or look else where, but instead went straight to trying to sell me the most expensive service which wouldn't have fixed the car. I got the car towed to me and It was a $50 clutch pedal that had bent. If you're ever stranded don't panic, find a shop that you can trust first before you call a tow driver.

Very friendly tow truck driver showed up in 15mins and was courteous and funny took good care of my car! Renee and mechanics are very understanding and courteous! And they tell you straight up what's wrong with your car and are reasonable and honest!!!

This place is the best. Discovered 2 flat tires on my car at the BP station on Admiral Wilson Blvd yesterday. AAA sent Ivan from Fanelle’s to put my spare on the first flat tire, and the he called the shop to send for a flat bed tow to take my car to the shop. Luke arrived incredibly fast and took me (and the car) to the shop in Collingswood, where Renee, the super nice and efficient receptionist, called around trying to find me a new tire for the other flat so I could get back to Philly. It’s not a common or easy to find tire either, but she was not only able to locate one, but the owner was nice enough to drive to West Deptford to pick it up and bring it back to the shop. Once back, he had the new tire on the car and ready to go within 15 minutes. Saved me a ton of time on a busy Friday.Can’t recommend this place highly enough, especially to my friends in South Jersey. Everyone there was friendly and so helpful; you just don’t find this kind of superior customer service very often anymore. Thanks to everyone there for making a pretty stressful situation as pleasant as it could possibly be.

Took my car there, it’s like they are just letting it sit there. Takes forever for work to be done, unprofessional over the phone the lady tries to rush you off. NEVER bringing my vehicle here for any work again.
