I went to Lowes in Maple Shade, n.j. on a Sunday morning. Clearly thinking if I needed assistance, I could find someone to help. Well that was a joke. The only time an employee would exchange conversation is when they are hovering over you at self checkout. Between the lousy service, self checkout and a $1.75 fee for a credit card statement I have started to pay off the card so not to use the store any longer. It's sad, used to be a Great place to shop.
