This is the best ever 7 eleven's I've seen recently. It was pretty clean and well organized.
These employees welcomes customers so well and they got perfect behavior.
They maintain fresh food and I love the music over there.

Absolutely filthy store. I literally watched the cashier make hot food and didn’t wash his hands or wore gloves to take it out of the oven. Very unhygienic and extremely rude.

They extorted me over 1 dollar!!! 1 dollar slurpee that I threw out because I didn’t want to pay for it!! The store associate even threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay for the slurpee I threw out. NEVER COMING BACK AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

There is this kid who works there named Vivek. Vivek is an all star! He brightens up my morning every time I see him. If I had my own business, Vivek would be the first person I would hunt down to join me. Honestly this 7 elven is out of my way. I just go there to see him. They are lucky to have someone like him working there.

I went to Denville 7-11 on Sunday. Brought my selections to the counter. Taped my Amex card. System said processing. Guys said it didn’t work. Try again. Tried again. Processing. Didn’t work. Pay cash. 5 minutes later I get notified of two pending charges from 7-11 for 42.86 each. Went back to the store and the same guy says come back at 2:00 tomorrow. Tell him I have to work. Calls the owner. He refuses to check his merchant account, which would have immediately shown him that his system charged my card. Just claims we have no transaction. Police say can’t do anything until it’s a charge. Today it’s a solid charge and the police tell me this is not stealing, it’s a civil matter. Did you go back to the store? I leave go back to 7-11 and they say nope no refund and called the cops on me. They say you can’t do this, you have to dispute the charge. When calling Amex they say when disputing a charge step 1. Try to rectify with the retailer first. (Not what police say) 2. We will remove the charge temporarily. We will give the store a chance to prove this dispute is not fraudulent. If they can show that you tapped or chipped the card, the charge will be put back on your card.
UPDATE 8/22
Notice the day after the owner called the cops on me for requesting the refund. He responded on here that he would like to speak to me and try to rectify the situation. Gave him plenty of time to do that instead he choose to call the cops and left me no choice but to give him reviews. This has become laughable.

I love this location! The staff and their friendliness make the store BUT it is also extremely clean and well kept. I make sure to stop daily for my morning coffee and always get a cheerful and personalized hello from the staff

Jun 17 I came to this store. Clerk name Ashwin was soo rude and ask me to wait for 20-30 mins to bake whole pizza even store was not bzy. He is always rude to me not coming and wasting my money here.

This 7-Eleven store is clean, well stocked, and staffed with the sweetest, most considerate person. My husband and I were driving home at night to Pennsylvania from JFK airport. At nearly 11 pm, not having eaten anything resembling dinner yet, we got off I-80 in Denville NJ to hopefully find something simple to eat. I decided on Nachos and after we paid for our sodas and food, I went to the cheese dispenser to put cheese on my chips. Only a few drops of cheese dropped out and the gentleman from behind the counter checked the machine, it had cheese, but the dispenser was not working. Not only did he allow me to choose a different food item at no charge, but he gave me the chips, and encouraged us to take another sandwich, for free. He even said “take more if you’d like.” We simply took the one extra and thanked him. It was late, we were tired, and we were so blessed by this gentleman and his generous gesture, so much so that a public acknowledgment and review is something I felt was important to do. If you live in the Denville, NJ area or are passing by, this 7/Eleven is well worth the stop.
