i choose to drive one town over to this location rather than going to the branch in my town because the service i receive everytime i come here is well worth it. melissa is always so kind, has a warm, friendly energy, and that goes a long way in customer service. she always ensures i’m in and out quickly and that all of my needs are met. this location can get busy depending on the day, and i’m assuming that’s because people keep coming back knowing that they’re in great hands, but it never stops the efficiency of their business and that is very appreciated

I am convinced that their phone line doesn’t actually work and they just set it up to ring so you think it does. I have literally never been able to get somebody on the phone and I called multiple times a day every day trying to get in touch with someone. As someone who has a lot of trouble getting to the bank before it closes on weekdays this is extremely inconvenient.

I've been banking with Bank of America for years. I've tried calling The East Brunswick bank for loan information over the past 4 weeks and no one ever picks up the phone! I will no longer be doing business with Bank of America!!

I wanted to become a client of your bank, to open an account, since this branch is near my house, I arrived, when I entered the branch, I saw a long line of people waiting for a specialist, I asked how long to wait, they said, 40 minutes, this bank is not operational and is not noted I do not recommend the quality of services, so I want to choose brky where I value customers and try to improve the quality of service

The best bank ever Thank u Maivel Aboda She’s amazing , she helped me a lot …bc of her advices my score credit has been levelled up to the top she opened me my credit card in a minute .Td bank b4 really gave me hard time In everything even their attitude is the worst but for Bank of America is the best very nice people with a great attitude I give it 10 stars plus

I use BoFA RT-18 East Brunswick have always been my bank for all my banking needs and they have never disappointed me. The staff provides excellence customer service. Today, I also happened to meet with 2 people from Monmouth branch and both of them were also truly professional. I appreciate all the great employees BofA @NJ

I went to deposit checks in to a business account was the first time to go to that place in East Brunswick !The lady who took care of me she didn’t try to help she was annoying because the checks was not passed to a business was passed to cash ! I wanted to deposit to Business account and she want to deposit in my personal account !I am Bank of America customer for over 10 years I never was treated like i was today! Will never go to that place again!

I had a platinum BoA credit card, that I used for online purchases. I was contacted by the fraud department to verify some purchases, I had immediately told them that it wasn't me. I'm in NJ, the charges were made in Puerto Rico. They refunded the charges and said they would investigate. 2 weeks later, the charges were reversed and I received notification that they concluded that I had made the purchases. I called back and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that nothing could be done, I explained to them that I could prove that I wasn't in Puerto Rico, they wouldn't hear it. So I waited one more week, called again, nothing resolved. So I paid the bill of $200, THAT I DID NOT MAKE, waited for a zero balance and closed the acct today. I will NEVER AGAIN OPEN ANYTHING WITH Bank of America.

I went to this branch after a horrible experience at the Milltown branch for a second time.I waited one minute, I was done and out in 5.The representative was very friendly.

I was having a problem getting in touch with the East Brunswick NJ location, I received a call from a representative from Bank of America to resolve my issue, very pleased with results.

I did a same day wire transfer at the East Brunswick, NJ branch yesterday and for some reason it bounced back. I have tried numerous times to call the branch today so they can clarify what happened, and keep getting a message that they are busy with other customers, and since I left for an overseas trip I am not able to go to the brach, when I call their customer support, I get the same number that I have been calling and on it goes.....
