My friend and I stopped here yesterday, both looking to upgrade our clubs. Called in advance to see if appts were necessary, and the “store pro” said to just come in - not necessary. Finally found someone to set us up in a bay to try a couple irons. Guy then disappeared, never to be found again. The “pro” noticed us waiting and asked if we needed help. I asked to try another club and, without a word, he began to cover the head in masking tape and handed it back to me. Then went back to his computer to stare at the screen for 10 min. My friend then went over to ask him if he could come back over and offer some guidance on the type of set he should be thinking about considering his style of swing and what the data from the screen was telling him. “Pro” said “you need an appt for that”. Thats why we called in the first place! Guy could not be bothered. Don’t waste your time here, but if you do, be prepared to feel as though you’re wasting theirs. We went down the road to PGA where we were treated like paying customers and spent $3,500.

Maybe it was because the PGA superstore opened a few miles away, and there were not many customers here, but I enjoyed it. I have not been here for a while. I saw the shoes collection have been increased. The stuff was friendly.

I've shopped here a number of times and have always had a great experience. Price match guarantee, good selection and service department is much faster than PGA Superstore. I had 2 clubs shortened here right on the spot. Great customer service, will always be my go to.

Completed a fitting with Don today and had an excellent experience! Extremely knowledgable, pays attention to your needs and in no way tried to push me towards anything I didn't want. Did exactly what I asked and came in for. If you are looking to get fit by someone that cares about YOUR needs this guy will get you taken care of! I will 1000% be back! A+++

I walked in and tested a few clubs I had my eyes on and was deciding between. I worked with Stan and he was fantastic: gave me great feedback and recommendations. He was very patient and super helpful with his insights. I will absolutely come back to this location as I’m getting a full set of clubs during the holiday gift season. Thank you Stan for your great customer service!

The staff was rude and unhelpful. As I approached one of the staff at his desk and asked a question, he seemed annoyed by this and snapped: "Quick."

Great place to wander, or do some more serious shopping. The pro staff is great, and the lesson and fitting experiences were pretty solid (considering it’s a “big box” store)

I took my son to Golf Galaxy in East Hanover yesterday to buy a new golf club. We unfortunately were "helped" by the "in-house PGA pro". He was ARROGANT and CONDESCENDING!!! He refused to explain anything regarding club choices and when asked to do so he said that he can't help my son because he (the "pro") plays at a much different level. And, he wouldn't show my son any of the clubs from this year because he had decided that they were too expensive for my son's level of play. I have NEVER in my life been treated like this while shopping for anything. Awful!!!!!

This is pretty horrible place to get golf equipment. One of the few places to shop for golf gear in person but incredibly underwhelming. The used club selection was particularly offensive. Several generation old clubs, used, for near retail. If you need a wedge that’s been beaten to hell for $130, this is your spot. Giving 2 stars simply because it was clean and staff was friendly.
