I spoke with a sales guy three times about talking with a local manufacturer sales rep to drop off additional lofts of a driver I was interested in on the suggestion of the manufacturer. Based on some of the reviews, you must think I was crazy thinking I would ever get a callback AND you were right! Three calls to the same guy. How hard can it be to return a call? Poor customer service is their reputation and that is what people talk about with this PGA Superstore.

Went into the store to get a club restafted and adding a counterbalance. I dealt with Tristan, he helped me with all my particular requests (logo down, loft sleeve set to +1) and I got a club I truly love now. So thank you!

We shop here all the time and spend alot of money. But if you have to wait 45 minutes to have 3 clubs regripped you should at least have a place for someone to sit down. You can only stand so long

Big selection and lots of custom services. All this comes with very high prices. Also the PGA brand cloths are cheaply made and simply not worth it. Cannot see this store model working long term - I give them 3 years.

Look no further for exceptional customer service than the team led by Robert Maranino. Upon entering the store at 6pm, I was granted the opportunity to test as many different drivers as I desired, without any time constraints, and at no cost. The assistance provided by Jorge, was truly invaluable. He guided me through various club options, shaft choices, comparisons between new and old models, all while maintaining a refreshingly low-pressure sales approach. After about an hour of exploration, I finally made my selection, and to my delight, they presented me with an unbeatable price offer.The entire experience flowed seamlessly, I highly recommend them!

Visited PGA Store on July 15th around 5pm. Intent was to purchase a brand new hybrid but wasn’t sure between the Rogue 3H or 4H. Here’s how it went:1. Asked associate for help with a Rogue hybrid. No verbal response or hand gesture, and just walks away. Comes back with a random model and hands it to me.2. I start hitting the club but no one ever comes to check on whether I need anything after a good solid 10 minutes. When I look over, the 3 associates are chatting and on their phones.3. Asked them if I could try a 4H to be sure of the distance I need. Has to interrupt their phone sessions but luckily for them they didn’t have to move because they just said they don’t have a demo (but they had one on the rack). No offer to tape it like every store does.I left and went to Golf Galaxy instead. They let me try what I wanted and purchased my hybrid that day.I normally like this PGA Superstore but the 3 associates managing the bays on July 15th @5pm were focused more on chatting than helping.Bottom line, this review won’t, and should not, deter people from going to this store. It’s a great store with a lot of selections. However, if you’re in the market for a new club and need a little bit of help then I would consider somewhere else.

I usually don't leave reviews but I'm so annoyed at the customer service that I'm going to leave one. I'm a new golfer and wanted to get a putter fitting....don't have a car and took an uber to this store on Sunday July 23. When I arrived I asked for help with putter fitting. One guy came to help and led me to a putter to try...I tried one then asked if I can try the Taylor made and scotty cameron ones - (I was prepared to spend up to $500)...he gave me some to try and didn't say a word, no comments, no suggestions, no input....he basically just handed me a few....then when I asked to try the Scotty one he opened the case and let me try it then he just walked away...i though he had to get something to help with the fitting but nope, he just went to hang out behind the counter....literally did not provide an ounce of help other than opening the case....then everytime he walked by me he didn't say a word and avoided me....I ended up just trying a bunch of different ones for around an hour....during the hour this guy didn't approach me or say anything....if golf galaxy was open on Sunday I would have gone there and not give this store my business but instead I just went for a cheaper alternative and all my future golf expenses will be done at golf galaxy....to the Owner, check your cameras on this day between 12:30 ish till 2 at the putting mats and you'll see what I'm talking about....I understand hiring good people is more expensive, but hiring bad ones ends up being more costly...a happy customer tells 3 people, an unhappy customer tells 3,000.

Staff seemed annoyed when I was asking them questions. Also could only regrip 3 clubs at a time otherwise I had to wait several days? Didn’t have anyone in front of me…seemed like they just didn’t want to do it. Store is kinda out of the way for me so it was pretty inconvenient to find that out once I arrived.

For the most part the staff is unfriendly and stand offish. Never want to go the extra mile to deliver great customer service.After my last experience there I probably won't spend another dollar in that store.

My husband and I went into the store today looking to upgrade me from my top flight starter set now that I realize I actually enjoy golf. I had a set in mind but unfortunately they were all out (last year’s model). My husband talked to a worker (I wish I got his name but I think the name tag said David but not 100%) and he had me hit a set very similar to the ones I was looking at. After watching me swing he disappeared and returned with another set. This new set was absolutely perfect from how they felt to even me somehow controlling my swing better. He was so patient and amazing to work with. We walked out with that set and a driver for me and new grips for my husband. I will be back again- I am still shocked how he just knew intuitively what set would be best while remaining within my price point.

Dustin was really good and patient dealing with this hacker and I appreciated that. However I am furious that I'm waiting six weeks for these clubs and was just told I should have them in ANOTHER WEEK and a half !! Totally unacceptable and I'm going to think twice about getting fitted for a driver !

I needed new grips on a few of my clubs . They were able to do it while I waited. The tech helped me match my existing grips. Great experience.

We walked in ready to purchase new clubs and other related items for my son. I went searching for someone to help us and found 5 sales people congregating and chatting. I had to interrupt and they all looked annoyed. The guy who came to help us was completely useless. If I asked the difference between 2 sets, he'd say "This one is $250 more expensive". Thanks Captain Obvious. He wouldn't make eye contact, didn't talk unless we asked a specific question. We looked around a bit more and my husband went to find help. Same situation. We wanted to purchase a certain set but couldn't find it. He said to take the floor model. I asked if it included all of the clubs since it looked like it was missing a few. He said "I think so" and walked away. We also inquired about the lessons they advertise. Both people told us they only have 1 instructor, so it's booked out for months. Such a shame, because the store is beautiful. We ended up driving quite a bit further to go someplace where someone could help us.

I truly wish I could give them a zero or negative rating. I went in looking to purchase a new set of irons, and when trying to find someone in the store to ask about the differences of specific brands/models, I was treated as if I was bothering them or as if I should already know.. I wish I got the older gentleman's name who "helped" me so that I could call him out publicly. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a terrible experience and some money and head 5 minutes down the road to Golf Galaxy where they actually provide insight and treat PAYING CUSTOMERS how they're supposed to be treated.
