I was searching for an iron bed frame and came across Charles P. Rogers. I have never seen one of these frames in person and unable to do so based on my geograhical location. I really liked the rutherford frame and checked out as many reviews as I could. They seemed like great reviews so i decided to emailed the company. Erik responded and we spoke on the phone, as well as, by email. He was so easy to work with and I apprecaite his patience in answering all of my questions. My frame is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Thank-you Erik for your time and the company for the beautiful work! We are so pleased!

We received our Charles P Rogers Charleston headboard & footboard this week and it is more beautiful than anticipated. We love it! We also were very impressed with the responsiveness and dedication to customer service that we experienced with the staff while navigating ordering and delivery.

LOVE the bed (alana) and mattress. We are always talking about it. Also the folks that came to move it out of the garage and set it up (Pick It Up NC) were GREAT. Energetic, STRONG, interesting folks.

I ordered the Leighton headboard during your 4th of July sale. The headboard arrived carefully packaged and with all the parts I needed. I can immediately tell that it is exceptionally made. I bought the Boston queen-size a few years ago, followed by a queen platform. All beds are still as beautiful as the day I bought them. Thank you, Charles P. Rogers!

I LOVE Charles P. Rogers' beds! The quality workmanship is amazing and the customer service is unbeatable. I just bought our second bed from them. I emailed back and forth with Eric Lamb for probably two years before I decided on the bed I wanted once our renovation was complete. Eric couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! He continued to assist me from order through delivery - which included me needing to change the delivery date and type of delivery. He was quick to respond to my emails, made all the needed adjustments and was super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I live in a small house and don't have another bedroom but if I did, I'd definitely call Eric for another bed! Many thanks!!!

The bed frame is beautiful. it was packaged very well and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. we love it. very Sturdy! no doubts, it will last a lifetime.

I bought a Lifetime 9 Charles P Roger’s mattress and love it. I was dealing with back issues for over a year and after a few nights, the issue has significantly improved. I enjoy going to sleep again. Erik at their Hackensack location was incredibly helpful about finding a solution that worked for me.

I am a return customer, having bought my first Charles Rogers St Regis mattress almost 25 years ago. I bought two more this month and I continue to be amazed at the quality and comfort. I don't think Charles Rogers mattresses can be beat, regardless of price. And customer service is outstanding. I live in Southern California and delivery was quick (5 days) and easy. I highly recommend Charles Rogers.

I found Charles P. Rogers on a NYTimes 'best of' article. I was a little worried about ordering a mattress online, and indeed there was a minor issue with shipping when I tried to order (their shipping service told them they couldn't deliver to the Olympic Peninsula). I called and Erik L researched it, resolved it and got my order placed including the holiday discount that had expired. The mattress arrived on schedule with plenty of communication from the company (it came in a smaller package than expected and very well wrapped). They said wait 30 days to know if you like it, but Wow! I knew immediately! Great mattress, best night's sleep in memory (no pun intended). The mattress and the experience of ordering it was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Charles P Rogers (and Erik).

I was searching for a good mattress when I came upon mattresses made by Charles P. Rogers. Normally, online, you don't get the kindness and expert attention I received when I asked about what kinds of mattresses did they have, and I told him what I was looking for. He guided me to the Tradition brand of mattress and I must say, I am delighted with my purchase. No more back aches, and I am sleeping wonderfully.
