Absolutely unacceptable from what I experienced. I booked a luxury car online which was supposed to be an “Audi A4, BMW 3 or similar”. I was handed the keys to an absolutely filthy Chrysler 300 and told their power washer broke so that is why it was covered in bugs, dried leaves and bird droppings. I told the guy to give me my card back and walked away once the guy tried to upsell me to a Mercedes that was double the cost. He then stopped me as I was walking away to tell me that I could always get the car washed after. THAT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY, MAYBE CLEAN YOUR CARS. On general principle I would not rent from that guy nor anyone else there.

Thanks. The crew in eatontown. The best. Enterprise said can't leave car after hour's . Enterprise wants to charge another day. . That's what a drop box is for. Eatontown did not charge another day. Thanks crew . I'll be back.

My insurance booked me a car with them. I did the Priority Pass, I put my info in, picked my car and put in for them to pick me up at the auto shop.I received a confirmation email and everything seemed fine. When the day came I was left waiting and waiting until the body shop told me that enterprise of eatontown wouldn’t be picking me up because the auto shop wasn’t in that enterprises territory. When I called them, the woman on the phone was nice but told me they wouldn’t be picking me up but that it was okay. It wasn’t okay! They let me book with them knowing I needed a ride and left me. They had to transfer me to a closer enterprise. They should not have allowed me to book with them if they couldn’t get me due to “ territories” and when they saw my reservation and where I needed to be picked up, they should have called me and informed me instead of leaving me stranded.

I rent cars on a regular basis for business travel and am fortunate that I have an Enterprise location close by. The manager Zack is always friendly and remembers me by name. I hear him on the phone and dealing with multiple customers at the same time and is always courteous and professional even under sometimes frustrating circumstances.The cars available are always clean and the rest of the staff is also super nice. Ive never had a poor experience here as I have had at other rental locations. Zack really has a handle on things ant this location and makes the transactions smooth.

The Customer Service was great at eatontown nj location. Corporate policy of charging for an extra day due to location being closed on Sunday isn't appreciated. I needed car on Sunday through Tuesday. But since location was closed on sunday, I had to rent car a day saturday and park it by my place while being charged for the day. I was charged for an extra day through no fault of my own. Due to inconvenient office hours (not being open on sunday) anyone who rented on Saturday but needed it on Sunday should not have to pay for that day or at least get a discount for unneeded day. Enterprise makes enough money to give customers a break. Especially during Xmas season. I would consider using a different company next time. Especially one not so greedy to charge for unneeded days.

I needed a rental due to my vehicle being hit and totaled by a drunk driver. Jess was AMAZING! She got everything set up including helping me with getting the right size vehicle allotted bc the insurance adjustor had me down for the $$ amount not compensating me for my vehicle size. Upon returning the vehicle the gentleman that assisted that Saturday Nov 18th was awesome as well! If you are ever need to rent a car, go to Enterprise Eatontown and ask for JESS!
